BLAST How to create a BLOG
HOW TO CREATE A BLOG FOR YOUR DIGITAL AGENDA
*STEP #1 GO TO WWW.BLOGGER.COM
*YOU WILL NEED A GMAIL ACCOUNT TO SIGN UP
*BLAST training blog

MY BLOG IS ABOVE FOR CC ENRICHMENT CLASS
*Create Blog
*Click on Continue to Blogger
*Click on New Blog
*Create a title for your blog – see blue box
*Choose a template
*At the bottom, click on CREATE BLOG!
Title should be in this format: First Name Last Name’s Blog Example: John Doe’s Blog
Address: johndoe-enrichment.blogspot.com
*Once your blog has been created, click on Start Blogging! Or the orange button with a pencil
*You can change font size. Hint: use the Larger font size
*Change color, bold, font style, underline, etc.
*Type in your directions for Independent group.
*Make it simple by creating Step #1, Step #2, Step #3, etc.
*You can add links to each of these steps to make it easier for students to get directly to the website you want them to go.
*How do I add a link?
*Click on Link
*Copy and paste your URL into Web Address
*You can change the name to say Click Here by adding it into the Text to display
*Click OK and your link will be added into your blog.
*You can add your “about me” section
*You can add videos, archives, and photos on the right side.
*How do I add a photo?
*Click on picture icon
*Click on Choose File
*Choose a photo from your desktop
*You will need to save any images to your desktop before you click on picture icon
*Click Add Selected
*And photo will appear in your blog
*Your picture will be added wherever your curser is
