Concerns

Randy Scruggs — At Home

Sympathy

Christian sympathy is extended to:

Alan Hendricks and his family at the death of his mother, Willardeen Hendricks, on July 27.

Janice Mann and her family at the death of her brother, Claude Morris, on August 1.

Thank You

How wonderfully you have ministered to us during the past several weeks. Your food, calls, cards, visits, and prayers have lifted us following the death of our son, Rick. You have been so kind, as well, after Randy’s surgery. During those dark days, you were always there for us. We love you all!

— Randy and Judy Scruggs

Congratulations!

For her years of leadership and service in the field of education, Martha Wood recently was given the Virginia Educa-tion Association’s Friend of Education Award, the organization’s highest honor.
