AUGUST Monthly Numerology Report 2017

Welcome! Thank you for visiting me, and our website. First of all, if you’re new to Numerology, I’d like to take a minute and explain what it involves. Numerology consists of the study of numbers, and the energy that’s behind each number. Many ancient cultures believed in numerology and it’s a study that’s been around for thousands of years. We’re here to take the energy and meanings behind each number and lay them out for you in an easy to follow and easy to understand format. Numerology allows us to use information that was learned thousands of years ago about the energy in numbers and use that information to apply to everything in the world around us. Everything in the world around us is made from energy and if you know the energies involved you’ll be able to understand everything a little bit better. Numerology translates that energy into a way to understand unexplainable things. Numerology does not tell you what to do to have the perfect life; it explains to you what energies are represented in the numbers in the world around you, in the things around you. If you understand this information, you can then apply it and use guidelines to apply this knowledge to particular situations in your life. For example, you probably behave differently in December than you do in August. Some of this certainly has to do with things like weather limitations or seasonal changes, and some just has to do with holidays that are celebrated in these times. You probably wouldn’t wear a sweater and carry around mistletoe in August, for example. But, have you ever stopped to consider that the different vibe or feelings in each of these months also has something to do with the energy in each month or week of the year? Each day has it’s own energy, each date has it’s own meaning. You may have been practicing numerology since childhood and just never realized it. Does the combination A1 mean anything to you? Sometimes people use that combination to name products, like A1 Steak Sauce, or to describe someone or something top-notch, or alpha. 1 is the number associated with the letter A. 2 is usually the number associated with B, and 3 is the number associated with the letter C, or so on and so forth. But I bet you knew that already.

Here’s another example— when the date 07/07/2007 came around, there were record numbers of people who choose to get married on that date. Some thought 7/7/7 was a really cool combination of numbers, others decided it was a lucky number to them. Some people even got married at casinos or did Las Vegas style themed weddings. Have you ever heard of someone trying to get married or have a baby on a certain date, or more importantly, not on a certain date? Numbers, and the energy that they contain, are so very important. There are a couple of different ways you can go about using numerology to interpret situations. Let’s say for example, you have a friend named Bob. Numerology is tricky when using it on friends, it’s always better to have a broad sense of understand based on a super specific understanding, but let’s just use this as an example. You could assign a number to each letter, B = 2 (2nd letter of the alphabet), O = 15 (15th letter of the alphabet), B = 2. If you add those together, you get 19. You can use 19, as a whole number, or add the individual digits together to get a single digit number, which is more powerful. 1 + 9 = 10. 1 + 0 = 1. 1 would be the number you use going forward to describe Bob and the energy associated with him. Or, you could assign A-I 1-9, J-R 1-9, S-Z 1-8, and so forth. Here’s a table if that seems confusing:

In this case, B would equal 2, O would equal 8, and B would equal 2. 2 + 8 + 2 = 10. 1 + 0 = 1. Same answer, just a different way of doing it. You could also keep double digits and not go to a single digit, but it varies in a case by case scenario. Have you ever heard someone say “Oh, I’m glad you named that child George, he looks like a George, how did you come up with that name?”— Certain names have meanings, and some of those are related to origin language, meaning over time, if the name appeared in the Bible, or some kind of family story, or the etymology of the words used to create the name. But names, and letters have numbers that go with them and a certain energy assigned to them. If you’ve ever thought a name fit a person or didn’t, chances are you might have been using first impressions or a pre-conceived notion of the meaning of that name, but you probably didn’t even consider what energies numerology brings to the table. In Bob’s case, a number one is typically an alpha, a leader, someone who is knowledgeable and experienced about his

particular field. People look to Bob for his opinion. Is this true about the Bobs that you may have come in contact with? So, you see, you really can apply numerology to any scenario, person, place, or thing, but for

the purposes of this report I’m going to let you know what to expect for the weeks of this

month and this year so that you can live your entire life to the fullest.

The Number 1 We’ve already explored the number one a little as it relates to people, like Bob. The number 1 is one of the most powerful numbers. It is the beginning, the start, the alpha. One can symbolize a great many things but typically when applied to time, it’s a new start. One is the number of inventors, creators, and leaders. Indira Gandhi, Martin Luther, Orville Wright, and Princess Diana were all number 1’s. Martin Luther revolutionized the church, Orville Wright helped revolutionize the art of flying, and Gandhi and Princess Diana were notable leaders as well. You can see how they all could be number ones. It’s a number of change and inspiration. Number ones lead revolutions and movements. One is a sign that it’s going to be a magnificent year, and may be filled with a new start or a change of some sort. This change may be outward in the sense of a new car, new home, or new job- but likely this is a change from within. The way that you see the world around you will morph into a different way of thinking and dreaming. As it relates to Lenormand Cards, the Lenormand Card for the number 1 is the Rider or Horseman. He is the bringer of news, often on horseback. Back in the olden times, when you saw or heard a horse galloping your way you knew that something significant had happened and people were sending you important news of a big event. This big news, combined with the change and movement from number 1 means that gigantic things are headed your way. To recap, you should be the change, act like a number one, and be revolutionary to fight for what you believe in— and gigantic things will head your way.

The Number 8 People with the lucky number 8 have strong intuition and insight, and they have the keen ability to explore things uncovered or undiscovered, like undiscovered talents or abilities that may be lying within. The number eight is seen as super lucky by many cultures, the Chinese culture being one in particular. The Chinese will go out of their way to include number 8’s in their name numerology, home and business addresses, telephone numbers, and web addresses. Some addresses including the number 8 are so sought after that millions of dollars are paid just to get the maximum number of 8’s possible. Part of this is because the number 8 is pronounced “Ba”, and is very close to the word “Fa”, for wealth and fortune. As an example of the Chinese’s amazing devotion to the number 8 — the Olympic games hosted in Beijing commenced at exactly 8 o’clock and 8 minutes on the 8th day of the 8th month in 2008. As it refers to Lenormand cards, the card for 8 contains the coffin symbol. This pairing makes sense, as the 8 is the closest number to the infinity symbol, which is often pictured as a sideways 8. Infinite and eternal, these numbers can be closely related when thought of in that sense. Ideas that are not acted upon are ultimately laid to infinite rest. As it applies to a period of time, 8 signifies that this is a month where if you do not act upon your ideas, hopes, wishes, and dreams — they will ultimately be laid to infinite rest. This is your time, and you have luck on your side, but you need to act quickly because the coffin is working against you.. Combined with 2017, which is a magnificent year of change and revolution, August and it’s number 8 could bring that year of change along by forcing you to do things you were afraid to do in the past. You may try things you’ve always wanted to try, like sky-diving, you may take that business offer that terrified you in the past. You might go back to school or try out another career path.

August - Week One Let’s begin by looking at the number for week one, starting with how we got to that equation: The first week of August is comprised of the dates August 1st through August 7th. Let’s write those dates out in their long form, two numbers for the month, two numbers for the date, and four numbers for the year. It doesn’t matter whether you write the numbers in European or Western format (month/date/year or date/month/year) — the numerology will still add up the same. 1 The Number 1

The number one, as we’ve mentioned, is so important in our culture. It could have divine reference and be used to depict our Lord or God, depending on what religion we follow. It may symbolize the President, Governor, Mayor, or leader of a country or city. It may be a Principal, teacher, or educator, or some kind of boss. It may symbolize the head of a family, tribe, or

community. In sports, number 1 is the very best and the team leader, or player that all other players strive to emulate. “One” can mean first, or best, or a combination of both. The alpha, the beginning. Surely, someone who is number one either has the ability to see the future, or is smart enough to have an idea that something is about to happen. In this case, number one likely refers to the fact that the news will directly affect the person who is number one in your life, meaning yourself. It could also mean that the news will revolve around something very important to you. It might signify something that is happening quickly, or prominently in your life. Typically, the number one signifies one minute, one day, one week, one month, or even one year. It could even be trying to represent the time of 1:00PM. 1 can also be our expression number. Have you ever heard of your expression number? This is a number that is derived from the letters of our full birth name, and reveals the talents, abilities and shortcomings you hold in this lifetime. For this week to be a one, it means that this week is the most important week of your month of August. Whatever you do this month needs to start this week and gain momentum in this week. This is the week you should apply for new jobs, enter contests, meet new people, post your desires on social media. Whatever you’re going to accomplish this month, will start with the connections and intentions that you build up in this first week. As it relates to Lenormand cards, the card closely related to the number one is the Cavalier, or rider card, which depicts the symbol of a person wearing a riding hat and coat, and riding a horse. Presumably this person is male, but it is left ambiguous by various different illustrations on the card. The card symbolizes news, and can bring up visions of days in the past where elaborately dressed riders delivered important news on horse back. Have you ever felt that feeling where you know that something is about to happen? You may not be able to explain why you have that hunch, or intuition, but you are certain that something will be happening soon. In the olden days, where news was delivered via messenger or carrier on horse, people would wait by their windows until they were aware of the approaching gallup on rocks and pavement. Certainly when they heard that noise, they either became excited or dreadful, and rushed to look out the window to see who was coming and what kind of news and tidings they bode. Keep in mind that this image of someone riding the horse is someone in motion, so the news, like any news being worth mentioning, involves something or someone changing. While it can move forward or backward, generally horses and riders do not run backward, so this change is more often than not positive and optimistic. It may signal a change in career, a pending move, a new baby, or the beginning of a passionate love affair. In a quite literal way, it might mean our legs will walk or run towards the change, or it may be symbolic of us moving in the right direction, quickly.

Action Items for the Week This week absolutely has to be a week of significant action. All of the things that you’ve been putting off on your To Do list must be addressed this week. They don’t necessarily have to be completed, there is after all only a certain amount of hours in each day, but they definitely have to be started or at least addressed. If there’s someone you have been putting off, call them or send them a message and let them know you haven’t forgotten about them. If there is something at work you haven’t finished, at least make an outline, or complete the next step of that project and turn that in. All of the amazing things that will happen this month are started in this week, so it’s time to get the ball rolling!

Affirmation for the Week “ I recognize the power in this number one week, in this month of completion, in this year of change. I know that I need to work very hard with limited distractions this week and at least address every problem or opportunity that has presented itself. My future success for the entire month, and perhaps even the entire rest of the year, will depend upon my actions this week. I am ready, I am prepared, and I will knock out these items on my to do list to the absolute best of my ability. ” Repeat this affirmation once or twice per day for the rest of this week.

The Number 5 Five is the number of days in a standard work week. It’s the number of fingers on hands and feet. Without even one toe, we have trouble walking. Without even one finger, we have trouble using our hands. Our roots are important and our feet are the foundation upon which our body stands and grows tall. Protect them. Five may indicate 5:00, Friday, or the letter E. In Chinese culture, the number 5 represents the elements: water, fire, metal, earth, and wood. For this week to be a 5, it means that this week also is elemental and vital to your success this month and year. While last week was a week for you to reach out and get things started, or re-started, this week is all about you continuing on with what you’re working on in perfect balance.

Do not let your home fall by the wayside while you work long hours at the office. Don’t neglect your husband or wife and children as you meet new people and complete new goals. This is the week to step back from the intense work you’ve been doing, check in on the home front, and establish social connections. Have a little bit of fun, but make sure your roots are squarely planted and that your relationships are where they need to be. As it relates to Lenormand cards, the card closely related to the number five is the tree. The tree is one of the most powerful symbols in our every day lives. We see trees everywhere. It’s a yoga pose, a symbol of life, we even chart our families with trees and their branches. Trees represent earth’s circle of life. Without the soil and water from our Earth, they would surely die. Without them, animals and beings wouldn’t have air to breathe. The tree is one of the most important life giving plants in almost every culture. A tree is strong, grows tall, and is rooted into the ground. Trees are also symbolic of ritual, forest, spells, and different types of magic or magick. What a perfect number to correlate with the tree, which makes fire, drinks water, is as strong as metal, and is literally wood that comes from the earth. A card with an image of a tree indicates that you are beginning to spread your branches. It may symbolize a baby that is about to come and that your family is beginning to grow. It may even symbolize multiple babies, children, or twins. A tree may also indicate that you will begin to branch out in your career and in the professional sense. You may be about to step out of your comfort zone and begin accepting new challenges. Additionally, a tree could mean that you need to take a look at the life you’ve built and make sure the roots are sturdy. Do you have a water source that is not the clearest? Have you been true to your faith and yourself? Is your root system strong? Do you have a friend that is untrue? Tyler Perry is a famous actor and comedian based in Atlanta, Georgia. Growing up, he was raised predominately by southern African-American women, and that’s who many of his characters are based upon. His most famous character, Madea, who is played by himself dressed in women’s clothing, is a combination of everyone’s mother and grandmother. Madea says that friends and relationships are like trees. Some friends, Madea says, are like leaves. They drink our water and hang out on our branches, but they’re gone with the wind. We have thousands of those types of leaves. Some friends are like branches, they’re there for the majority of the time but when things get rough and the storms come, they’re breaking off. We have a couple dozen of those. But our true friends, our brothers and sisters, are our roots. They come few and far between, and they’ll never leave us no matter what happens until our dying day.

Action Items for the Week You should check in with your friends and family this week and make sure those relationships are good and supported. See if they need anything and make sure that you’ve not been selfish in the relationship. Make sure your relationship roots are firmly planted. Take a step back from work (while also managing to not let your work fall by the wayside), and have a little fun, reconnect and establish your social connections, and make sure your home and pets and children are taken care of. This week is all about balance, just like the tree. You should try yoga, especially the tree pose, for assistance with your balance this week.

Affirmation for the Week “I will make sure that my life has balance. I will check in with my children, spouse, friends, and other relationships to make sure that everyone feels supported by me, and that I am roots to them and not leaves. I will enjoy social events, but also make sure home and work are not neglected. This week is all about ensuring that everything is maintained and nothing is forgotten.” Repeat this once a day this week.

9 The Number 9

The number 9 can be symbolic of the 9th month that is upcoming, the 9th year, day, or week. It also may refer to the letter I, the 9th letter. It can indicate the 9th hour or 9th minute as well. As children, 9 is proven to be a magical number in schools and summer camps when we learn math. It is number that everyone bragged about learning multiplication tables on their fingers, or with a deck of cards, and 9 always comes through for the mathematical win. You can multiply 9 by any number, get a result, add that result number’s digits together, and the resulting answer is always a 9. It’s a favorite number of magicians and tv tricksters to guess what number you’re thinking. Do you know what your own personal magic numbers are? Interestingly, in society, we use the number 9 sometimes to refer to multiple chances at life— such as a cat’s “9 lives”. Just like a cat gets another chance at life, so does a replanted flower, or re-soiled seed. It’s up to you to

not waste your chance at another life, a recovery from an illness, a near-death experience, or a new love. Similarly, a “cat-o-9-tails” can be a sign of punishment, or atonement, and perhaps eventually a second chance. To be on “cloud 9” is also a very good thing in the American culture. 9 is considered a good number in Chinese culture because it sounds similar to the word for “long lasting.” In Greek culture, there are 9 Muses who are responsible for bringing all of the good things into the world, like art, dance, and poetry. You should take advantage of it as the flower takes advantage of the soil and the water we bring them in order to grow as tall and as beautiful as possible. For this week to be a 9, it means that you have a fresh start. Last week, you checked in with various social friends and family members who you may have allowed to fall by the wayside. Hopefully they were supportive of your desire to reconnect with them, and your efforts to maintain balance are successful. They may not be; however, they may have decided that you’re more like leaves and less like roots on their tree. Now is the time for a fresh start. You can move on from friends, co-workers, and acquaintances who do not appreciate you, and focus more of and all of your energies upon people who love and want you to do well, and who desire you in their life. As it relates to Lenormand cards, the card closely related to the number nine is the # 9 - The bouquet, or symbol of flowers, may be representative of something new blooming. Paired with flowers, a 9 may refer to a date or time in the spring season, when flowers are known to bloom. Life may be about to change, and you may be getting a fresh start. It’s no coincidence that flowers are presented as gifts for funerals, and also brought to many first dates as a gift for the person wished to enter the new romantic relationship. Flowers are an amazing symbol of rebirth, something is about to grow. Often times flowers are brought when meeting new people, such as the mother of someone you may have started a relationship with, a teacher, or new boss or administrative assistant. Flowers are sent to the hospital for people who have undergone illness or surgery, as a sign that they will heal quickly and get well soon. Flowers also have the ability to cheer people up. They may give life, in both a practical, and a spiritual way. Flowers come from the ground, and they are given life as soon as the seed is planted. This is a very fragile life, and the flower risks being compromised by storms, rain, bees, birds, bugs, small animals like dogs and cats, or even humans. They can be stepped on, picked, or allowed to die by feeble gardeners. Just like life, flowers can be gorgeous in full bloom, but very fragile as well. Their beauty can be fleeting. Flowers generally represent a variety of colors, or something that is very colorful and beautiful. They can refer to hair, makeup, beauty, a face-lift, or some kind of spa, hair salon, or beauty salon as well. Other meanings for flowers are gifts, either spiritual or physical, or the gift of grace.

Action Items for the Week This is your fresh start. You spent the first week of this month working, and the second week trying to make sure your life had balance. Anything you found that was not conducive to balance needs to go. You need to cleanse yourself of bad people and bad energy, just like the flower does when it’s watered in the garden each day, or rinsed clean by the rains. Anything that does not bring you happiness or the potential for happiness needs to be unplanted from your life.

Affirmation for the Week

waste. I know what I need now for my life to have perfect balance, and I will remove the things

4 The Number 4

Four is the number that represents a stable base. It’s required to have four sides when you’re making a box, or building a house of cards. You need four legs on your desk or table or chair. Four holds things up and keeps them together. You may double date in fours, but three is a crowd. Five people results in a fifth wheel. Four is one of the most fundamental numbers that there can be, and without it, everything that we’ve built falls down. Four can also mean four days, four weeks, four months, four years. The musical artists Beyoncé and Jay-Z have done a lot of things according to the number 4, which is very important to them. Both of their birthdays are on the 4th, and their wedding anniversary is 4-4 — they even have IV wedding ring tattoos. Beyoncé also has an album named 4, and has released albums on dates with four or adding up to four. Jay Z just released an album called 4:44. Finally, their daughter Blue Ivy, is named a first name with 4 letters and a second name Ivy as a shout out to

the roman numeral four. They are celebrities who strongly believe in the stable powers of the number 4, and apply it to build not only their careers, but also their family. For this week to be a 4, as it applies to this week, it means that in this final week of the month, you will round everything up, stabilize everything, and make a giant step to move forward now that stability is attained. You worked really hard, you established connections, restored balance to your life, and got rid of anything negative. You’re now at the “4 state”, a state of perfect stability. You have a blank slate, an empty house, and it’s time to start decorating and moving up to the next level. As it relates to Lenormand cards, the card closely related to the number four is the house. #4 - House #4 — The number four goes very well with a home. There are four walls to every home, four sides to every window, four corners to every property. Without four, nothing would be complete. From childhood, as we play with crayons and paper, one of the first images we all learn to draw is a stick figure person standing next to a house. This house may have clouds and a sun in the sky, and a beautiful green grass garden, with flowers blooming throughout. Regardless, it always has windows, a door, a roof, and four walls. All of our drawings and all of our kids drawings of houses, although different, mostly look exactly the same. The house is one of the most symbolic things to us from the start. It’s right up there with a heart, a clover, a smiley face, and a cross. The house is our home. It is the place where we feel comfortable. It is the place where we lay our heads at night. It is where we shelter our families, pets, and earthly belongings. It’s a very big deal to turn over a key to our significant other, or to move a spouse into our home. The act of doing this represents not only just a change in living environment, but a new change in life stages altogether. A house card can indicate that we feel unstable in our lives, or that that stability is likely to come to us shortly in the future. It may bring up feelings of safety, security, and the ability or inability to save finances. We may feel like our household is behind on chores, bills, and financial obligations. Homes are often the first way we describe someone’s wealth. We describe people as living in a farmhouse, or shack, or a mansion. We rarely ever just say that someone has a house unless we are describing when they first move into it or buy it. Homes to us are literally our shelter against the rain, our protection against the cold, and our barrier against outsiders.
