Established in 1985 in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, Aurora Fireplaces set out with the sole focus of manufacturing quality marble fireplaces for fireplace showrooms. Aurora fireplace surrounds are manufactured using the highest quality Micro-Marble from around the world. Micro-Marble is formed from natural marble which is ground down and mixed with resin, this process removes impurities in the surface of the marble leaving a flaw free appearance. This also seals the porous marble against moisture, giving an extra level of protection against everyday wear and tear.
