APPROVED COURSE LIST 1 July 2010

The Board, at its meeting on the 25 February 2010,

1. noted that under s.283 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009 (the national law), programs providing qualifications for registration transition on 1 July 2010 will be published on the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) website as approved programs

2. agreed that the qualifications attached are approved qualifications for the purposes of sections 53, 94, and 95 of the national law, on the proviso that they are approved on 30 June 2010

3. agreed to roll over all approvals that are due before 1 July 2012 to 1 July 2012
