Message from Head Confectionery Sector

The confectionery industry continues to change with the times and deliver new varieties of products to an ever-demanding consumer. Confectionery remains a treat item that people should enjoy in moderation and our companies will innovate and develop their various ranges to recognise changing tastes. It’s a fast-moving category!

This 35th Directory contains information on our manufacturers, the suppliers of ingredients, machinery, packaging and services to these companies and retailers and distributors of the products.

In June we will celebrate the 25th anniversary of ConTechConTech, our confectionery technical conference. Come along and join the celebrations!

Thank you again to the Manildra Group who is again the major sponsor for the Confectionery Sector in 2020 and has provided the support necessary to bring this information to you, at no cost to our members.

Thank you also to our other advertisers, AAK Aust, Australian Blending Company Pty Ltd, Industrial Food Services Pty Ltd, Juremont Pty Ltd, Manufacturing Confectioner and MWT Foods.

The Directory is mailed to all our Confectionery Sector members, Australasian confectionery buyers in the major supermarket chains, smaller state-based supermarkets, retailers, wholesalers, petrol companies, convenience stores, movie theatre chains, the Vending Machine Association in both Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Newsagents’ Federation. They use the Directory when sourcing product. This year the Directory will be on-line as a searchable document for our members. We also welcome new members to the Confectionery Sector this year: Industrial Food Services Pty Ltd, Lam Brothers Pty Ltd, Pacific Resources International Pty Ltd and QLM Label Makers.

Wishing you a prosperous and safe 2020.
