Copy of Passport’s 1st page, last page, Observation page (if any) and all the used and unused pages of current passport should be notarized and submitted along with the documents. If an old passport is submitted then copies of all used page should also be submitted. VFS Global can certify a copy of your passport at their office at the time of lodgment by charging Rs. 10 per page. The passport should be valid for minimum of six months

One Visa Application Form 1415 to be filled in completely and signed by the applicant

Authorization Form 956 to be typed completely and signed by the each applicant.

One recent color photograph, 35x45 mm size with white background

Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating the purpose and duration of stay

Invitation letter from the host organization in Australia

Travel itinerary with contact details of the business parties involved

Proof of sufficient funds

Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name & address with stamp and signature of bank

Income tax returns for last 3 years

Last 3 month’s salary slips

If you are self employed, provide registration of the company/ partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA)

Visa fee is payable through Demand Draft in favor of “Australian High Commission, New Delhi”

If aged over 75 years DIAC will request:-Evidence of health insurance for entire period of stay; and An ‘Aged Visitor Health Check’ completed by a DIAC appointed panel doctor
