Conditions of ParticipationIn accordance with the mission of the festival, your event should communicate one of the following: • business technology, • innovation • research and development.• commercialisation of ICTAll event holders are required to acknowledge the Festival in their promotions of registered events.All event holders are required to complete a short evaluation survey after the Festival. The Festival requires this information to secure ongoing funding.Any changes to the original event details must be communicated to the Festival in writing.The Festival must be alerted immediately if all or part of the event is cancelled.Please ensure that your contact details, as provided to us and advertised in the program, are correct and the contact officer is able to respond to all enquiries regarding your event.
