St. Michael Skiing Includes:

Travel Supplies• Warm clothes (including multiples, where possible)– WARNING 1! The cold is probably the most dangerous part of this trip, so please take this seriously.

• Passport with valid Schengen visa, if necessary• Any additional insurance & medicine, if necessary• Passport and visa photocopies kept at home• Camera• Phone & Tablet with relevant apps, if desired• Spending money? Important Dates:• October 9th - Parent Information Night #1• October - Begin visa process. This is the parent’s

responsibility.• November 7th - Second payment due (50%)• December 5th - Final payment due (50%)• January - Parents to pick up GR travel letter and

submit contact information.• January 29th - Parent Information Night #2• February 13th - Drop students off at DHS at 17:00.• February 21st - Collect students from DHS at 12:00
