AUTHORIZATION LETTER

To Whom It May Concern:

This certificate provided by NTBio Diagnostics Inc. located at 2210-13700 Mayfield Pl., Richmond, BC,

Canada V6V 2E4 officially grants “Exclusive Distribution Right” for Rapid Test Diagnostic Products

manufactured and provided by NTBio Diagnostics Inc. to BIOASSAY Peru S.A.C. located at Calle Las

Cerecitas Mz.L-III Lt.45 - Urb. Inca Manco Capac. SJL - Lima - Perú for exclusive distributorship in the

territory of Peru. This authorization will take effect 30 days from today’s date of July 21st, 2015 and terminate

on July 20th, 2017 or if NTBio Diagnostics Inc. should see fit otherwise, may have the option to cancel this

agreement earlier at anytime with a 30-day notice.

BIOASSAY Peru S.A.C. prohibits itself from sending or exporting again out of the above territory

without written authorization from NTBio Diagnostics Inc. In case of non-compliance with this

obligation, this authorization letter will be canceled automatically.

NTBio Diagnostics Inc. will review performance of the partnership throughout the term. The Exclusive

Distributorship Authorization will automatically renew on an annual basis from the date of expiry

unless either party notifies the other or a related third party (the Embassy of Peru in Canada, etc) of its

intent to terminate partnership.
