REQUIREMENTS These core requirements must be met by Application Partners participating in Getac’s CONNECT program

on an ongoing basis. For all new CONNECT Application Partners, a compliance check will be conducted

12-months after joining the program and repeated annually thereafter.

Each partner must designate a primary contact with a corporate email address to keep its company information up-to-date.

Partners need to meet certain minimum annual sales revenue requirements.

A working professional web site with a company-specific URL with updated marketing material

Certified Sales Application Partners are required to achieve a certain number of sales certifications on our learning management system.

Certified Technician

A certified technician is required to support customers for our Titanium partners. Existing partners that want to move to the next level can complete the membership upgrade form.

4 LEVELS OF PARTNERS The Getac CONNECT Program provides you with dedicated support, promotions and rewards to

increase your sales revenues. The program offers four levels of partnership. Each tier has different

levels of training required and offers different levels of support.


TITANIUM PARTNER

Channel partners at the Titanium level gain access to additional benefits

that reward partners for their investment in their Getac partnership. These

are Getac’s top tier partners that provide Getac with sales reports and visit

customers on a regular basis. They also have a minimum of two certified sales

people who has completed Getac Level 1 training. Moreover, they have a

dedicated technician who is responsible for Getac products. Partners at this

level, receive access to highly valued top-tier benefits.

GOLD PARTNERS

These are partners who have signed an agreement with Getac. These partners

provide Getac with sales reports and visit customers on a regular basis.

They also have at least one sales person who has completed Getac Level 1

training and purchased demo samples. They are able to access to a full range

of marketing and sales programs.

SILVER PARTNER

This is defined as a partner that has filled out the CONNECT application,

registered with Getac and sells directly to end-users. These resellers who are

interested in adding Getac to their product offerings will gain access to our

standard program benefits and partner portal tools.

IHV/ISV PARTNER

IHV/ISVs who wish to integrate Getac products together with their hardware

or software can contact Getac for more information about how to become

a certified strategic partner. By joining forces with Getac you will be able to

create bespoke solutions and reach more customers. Contact us for further

DEAL REGISTRATION

Getac Connect Partners have the Opportunity to register their projects with Getac’s Deal Registration Program.

The registration program is available exclusively to Connect Partners as a reward for connecting Getac with

opportunities early on in the sales cycle. Partners who register their projects through the deal registration

process will receive a pricing advantage over the competition to ensure they have the highest margins and

the greatest chance of winning the deal. The Deal Registration Program also allows Getac to allocate the

necessary sales, engineering and pricing support to meet the requirements of the project.

PARTNER TRAINING

Getac offers our partners training to become experts in Getac. Partners have the opportunity to enroll

their sales people into our online training program to learn about our products, why sell Getac, comparison

against our competitors and sector-oriented rugged knowledge. Our goal is to train you to become experts

in rugged computers. Sales people who finish taking the courses are given a certificate of completion.

JOINT MARKETING

Authorized Partners can add their logos and contact information to catalogs and other marketing

materials. Partners can also jointly send out PR releases. In addition, Authorized Partners can work

together with Getac’s marketing team to create written or video case studies to promote their

company and pressent themselves as market leaders in their industry.

MARKETING CO-OP FUNDS

Authorized Partners will have the opportunity to apply for Marketing Co-Op. Marketing Co-Op is

used to drive revenue through co-marketing activities. Marketing Co-Op can be used in a variety of

ways, from participating in trade shows, advertisements, seminars and lead generation activities.

Partners will find the Marketing Co-Op. request form located in the forms section of the Partner

Portal. Just complete the form and click the Email button located on the top right corner. We will

follow up with you to discuss your request.
