Sam’s  Autobots  Social  Story  on  Working  Quietly  

 Autobots  know  at  school  Sam  is  often  asked  to  work  quietly  at  his  desk.    When  working  at  his  desk,  Sam  will    • Follow  directions  • Work  quietly  • Work  until  the  job  is  finished  or  an  adult  tells  him  to  stop.  

 

   If  Sam  has  a  question  or  needs  help,  Sam  will    • raise  his  hand    • ask  politely  for  help.      

Sam  may  need  to  wait  patiently  until  someone  can  help  him.          

   Working  quietly  at  his  desk  is  Sam’s  job.  When  Sam  is  quiet  and  working  his  teacher  is  happy.      His  Mom  and  Dad  will  be  happy  too.
