The success of the project was crucial to the company’s a broader sales strategy and plan which depended on a high degree of process efficiency and improved stability to the core product itself. Several key areas were addressed: • Process design for quote-to-cash across all sales channels • De-couple certain foundation data and functions from the product itself to enable

migration to new ERP and Billing platforms • Unification of systems and processes utilizing the new ERP platform (NetSuite) • Product integration with NetSuite Recurring Billing to enable automation of

Order-to-Cash and Provisioning processes • Stop Revenue Leakage and define Revenue Reporting The following pages present Yantra’s overall approach to the project and sample deliverables.

Yantra was engaged by a large Enterprise technology company to re-engineer the Order-to-Cash and Finance processes for a recently acquired subsidiary whose product suite consists of a SaaS-based “synch and share” file management solution. The project charter required the implementation of NetSuite ERP and Recurring Billing Platform, a re-designed Quote-to-Cash process, Re-engineering of the core product to integrate with NetSuite, and the integration of other cloud-based systems (SalesForce, Marketo, and ZenDesk) with NetSuite.

Each Product Page was analyzed to determine the best technology for integrating with NetSuite and performing the functions necessary to replace existing billing system and remove interdependencies with the product.
