1. Heat oil in large non-stick frying pan. 2. Add onion and cook 4-5 minutes until tender. 3. Add corn and firmer vegetables first, cook 2-3 minutes. 4. Add garlic and remaining vegetables, except basil. Cover and cook until vegetables begin to soften. 5. Add basil, cook 1-2 more minutes. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
