Operating Instruction

The necessary quantity of air for the drying process is produced bythe fan installed in the upper housing. The air stream passesthrough pre-filters to the air heaters where it is heated to thetemperature preiously ad!usted on the thermostat or thetemperature regulator. The clean and warm air passes through theproduct container" filled with wet material. This product container isequipped with a #.#. mesh through which the air stream flows. Theair streams suspend or fluidi$e the material inside the productcontainer. The e%haust filter bags preent the escape of any

material into the e%haust duct. On account of the intensie airstream" which surrounds each particle with warm air" an e%tremelyquic& and economic drying is possible. The humid air is e%haustedto the outside of room.Operational Procedure:1. Before the or!ing process "egins:

I. 'ill the product into container mounted on the trolley.II. (heel in the trolley and fit the filled product container to the

dryer by means of eccentric leer.III. #et the required drying temperature on the thermostat.I). *nsure that the retarding chamber and product container are

earthed with spring loaded earthing arrangement proided onthe main frame.

). *nsure that the outlet flap is closed +to aoid motoroerloading,.

 #. Putting into operation:

I. #et the timer to the required drying time.II. ress the start button.III. The quantity of air supplied is regulated by an outlet flap.

Open this flap slowly in such way as to ensure that thewhole mass is transposed into a state of fluidi$ation. eep

the leer in this position. The material being fluidi$ed can beobsered through the window. If the granular mass issluggish or does not moe when the air flap is opened" thenthe leer must be moed to and fro between open and close
