#.0 PRO$EDURE:

1. Fuel filter and strainer should be cleaned dail.

2. Feed !ater "ualit should be chec#ed periodicall.#. Match the fre"uenc of blo! do!n !ith the feed !ater "ualit.

%. $lean the le%el s!itch and gauge glass at !ee#l basis.

&. $onfirm the greasing of all related areas.

'. &o''les of boiler should be cleaned on the dail basis.

(. (rain the !ater ser%ice tan# once in a month and get it cleaned to a%oid thesediments if an.

). Final discharge pressure should be maintained at 10#g)cm*.

5. eep position of s!itch in high flame for increasing the efficiencies then three

port solenoid %al%e is energi'ed releasing oil pressure from the ram and from

the rear of second cut off %al%e and spraing from the second no''le and is

ignited b the e/isting flame the burner is then on high flame. &o! boiler infull !or#ing position.

6. $hec# the steam increasing pressure in the pressure gauge and !ait till that the

pressure reached 2#g then open the steam discharge %al%e of boiler.

7. $hec# the safeties of high,lo! limit series !or#ing !ithin limit.

8. $hec# the !or#ing of 45 maintain the discharge pressure 3.2 to 2#g.

9. Ensure the soft !ater hardness !ithin 10 M.10. $hec# functioning of automatic blo! do!n sstem !ithin the desire T(+ limit

highest 3000 M and 7, 10.2 to 11.2.

11. (uring the operation drain the mobri !ater e%er after t!o,hour.

12. $hec# the burner operation on high or lo! flame in response to the demand of

the 8high)lo!9 controls thermostat or pressure s!itch. It is onl necessar for

1. -fter the production close the FO tan# suppl %al%e.

2. +!itch OFF the boiler pre,heater and process tan# heater.

3. Empt out the FO from connected pipe line :deli%er ; return FO line

10. (ismantle to the burner inner assembl and clean the diffuser plate no''le

inner assembl plunger needle blo!er fan and dumper and remo%e un!anted

material.

CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS:

1. -ll thermostats pressure s!itches and safet sstem should be in the !or#ing

condition.

2. Ensure the high limit instrument !hich acts as a safe guard is set sufficientl

far abo%e the O&)OFF instrument to eliminate tripping on o%er s!ing of

pressure or temperature et !ill shut. The burner should be do!n beforeo%erheating.

3. Ensure the necessar air to gi%e the re"uired o/gen to ma#e oil burn

efficientl cleanl and continuousl furnished b the fan the fan is directlattached to the shaft of the fan motor. The air for combustion should be appro/

=0$FM)IM. >al of oil !hich e"uals 1=.?2 M3)hr per liter of oil.

4. Ensure the ignition transformer out put is 12000 5oltage to spar# electrodes

for firing.

5. Ensure the oil temperature and oil pressure is correct for operation of the boiler

1100$ to 132O$ pressure, 300+I.

6. Ensure the functioning of mobri float and s!itches limit of !ater are as per

standard !ater gauge glass le%el.

7. Ensure the T(+ of boiler should not e/ceed than 3000M and 7 bet!een

10.2 to 11.2.

8. +team pressure limit safet should !or# properl abo%e 10 >.

9. Boiler feed !ater hardness should be !ithin 10 M.

10. $lean the furnace tube !ith the !ire brush monthl basis and remo%e

un!anted material.

11. $hec# the e%er month@s boiler tube chamber and oints !ith the hdraulic

pressure.
