With over 30 years’ experience in remote outback aircraft operations, our personalised service will ensure your customers scenic air tour or air transfer are completed in comfort and with style. Our tailored air safaris and fly drive tours showcase famous Kimberley attractions, including the Bungle Bungle range in the World Heritage listed Purnululu National Park, Lake Argyle, Mitchell Falls, King George Falls and the Argyle Diamond Mine.

Our fleet of Cessna Grand Caravan 208 Prop Jet aircraft is unmatched in Australia. Chosen for remote area operations, the Aviair Grand Caravan fleet is the perfect aircraft to work in the remote Australian outback. Powered by a Pratt and Whitney Prop Jet engine, the safety statistics of this aircraft type surpasses any twin engine piston aircraft in operation. Coupled with state of the art navigation systems, a spacious air-conditioned interior designed for passenger comfort and equipped with large windows perfect for scenic views, makes this aircraft perfect for touring.

OUR FLEET OF CESSNA GRAND CARAVANSOur aircraft are chosen to suit the remoteness of some of Australia’s airports, the needs of our customers and what can be a harsh environment. Our fleet is solely comprised of the Prop Jet Cessna Grand Caravan which is perfect for our remote outback conditions and offers the best safety of any aircraft in its category.

The Cessna Grand Caravan is a Prop Jet aircraft built to endure a rugged environment whilst providing maximum comfort. With a high payload capacity, large doors, windows and cabin its high wing provides fantastic visibility. These features, combined with a Pratt and Whitney Prop Jet engine makes this is a superb aircraft for both corporate and leisure travel. It is suitable for both passenger transport and freight carriage. Equipped with weather radar this is an all weather, day and night aircraft. It is air-conditioned and has an average speed of 275kph.

Commitment to safety and the continued modernisation of the Aviair fleet has seen some of the most modern avionics systems fitted to this aircraft, including dual state of the art satellite navigation systems allowing our pilots to navigate to remote locations with pin point accuracy and redundancy for added safety.

SAFETY & MAINTENANCE

We back our words with action. The safety of all Aviair operations is overseen by the Group Safety Manager of Aviair’s parent company, Aviator Group, and supported by Aviair’s Safety Officer. We are regularly audited by our own internal audit team who follow a 12 month rotating audit programme and by numerous external auditors on behalf of our many government and mining clients.

All Aviair flights are monitored by Spidertracks, a satellite based aircraft tracking system that sends out the aircraft’s position every 2 minutes.

Aviair is also subject to oversight from Aviator Groups’ Quality Department which operates independently from

the Safety Department and ensures that the Group’s high operating and safety standards are adhered to. Aviair’s in-house maintenance organisation ensures that all maintenance is performed to our rigorous standards and that of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.

We don’t compromise on safety in the air or on the ground and our focus onsafety within our maintenance operations is just as important as it is in our flight

We offer more than a scenic tour. Our customers embark on a scenic feast offering stunning views of the Kimberley encompassing rugged ranges and spectacular gorges, cascading waterfalls, mighty rivers and complex cave systems.
