Bus Terminal

Bus Terminal is to be designed in a given triangle shaped site. Living site was given to design the terminal, in

Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

Concept – The design is considered to avoid the congestion in traffics. Proper inflow and outflow is given for

Buses, private cars, and to Para transit separately.

The site consist a terminal building – including administration block, service station, Fuel pump, Proper suffi-

cient parking and open area.

Recreational Club – Plan, Elevation

Concept – People Come to such clubs to regain there energy or to relax

there mind and there soul. So the club is design in such a manner so that

maximum light can enter into the building, the mass of building is taken care

of so that it gives warm feeling, Maximum green area is provided for fresh

air

and to maintain greenery inside and outside of the building. The shape of the building is taken care of so that

no one feel lonely or lost

and the building is evolved from the geo-

metrical figures.

Study - While studying the various artist (painters) I found, most of the painters like their bedrooms full of natural lights,

spaces, and away from there studio. The painter for which I’m designing is environmental friendly. He uses to paint his paintings

by getting influenced by the nature. His does paints abstract and modern paintings with a nature touch.

Concept - Bedroom, A bedroom for an Artist (painter). Bedroom feels like living in one’s own personal

space. Bedroom is something where a person can make and place is own things in his own way. The interior

of the bedroom is ended by taking care of all the likes and dislikes of the Painter. Bedroom is huge, full of

circulation (free space) to make one, walk in in his own personal life or space

The green colour wall fashions the green environment feeling in the mind and heart of the artist. The white

colour is implemented because it’s a mixture of all the natural colours of life or environment, very natural to

imagine something on it. Artist mind always shapes something new anytime anywhere.

The artist likes his personal space lightened by natural lights so, the exterior wall are uncovered and trans-

formed in a window.

Feeling of relaxation automatically comes while walking in wooden flooring. Just like seating or relaxing in a

calm forest. INNER PEACE is recommended in the bedroom. Water painting in the south wall generates the

feeling of cool breeze relaxation and a calm feeling. The painting of sunrise provides n arouse the painter to

have a grateful day and bright life.
