VS
Books Internet
An interesting topic considering the large difference between reading books and reading information on the internet
Now that we are in the 21st
century. . .
MODERNIZATIONand
TECHNOLOGY WERE VERY MUCH DEVELOPED
PRESENTLY,
WE HAVE A KEY FOR
INTERNET
CONNECTION
DO YOU THINK THAT WE STILL NEED TO
READ BOOKS IN THE LIBRARIES???
There is no doubt that the internet does have millions of resources from which to gain research,.
However, there are problems with researching on the internet like:
Not Everything Is on the Internet
With over one billion Web pages you couldn’t tell it by looking. Nevertheless, very fewsubstantive materials are on the Internet for free.
It make us lazy and stupid
-the computer teaches us all that we don't need to look for information we can just google it. It is another device that makes us all lazy and stupid.
We find that the internet generally provides us with a good broad-brush overview of a topic, but is usually incapable of helping us dig deeply into a particular topic.
What You Don’t Know Really
Does Hurt You
The great boon to libraries has been the digitization of journals. But full-text sites, while grand, aren’t always full. What you don’t know can hurt you:articles on these sites are often missing, among other things, footnotes;tables, graphs, and formulae do not often show up in a readable fashion (especially when printed); and
computers can be difficult to understand and even more difficult to use.
- they can be broken and fail resulting in information loss. books are much simpler because all you have to do is turn a page. im not saying computers are bad by any means, im simply stating that for educational purposes, books may have the upper hand due to thier reliability.
E-book readers can quickly update content for accuracy and relevance.
A computer allows any idiot to post anything and call it fact. Plus computers have quite a bit of problems on their own. virii, crashes, etc.
One of the great things about the Internet is that anyone can bring any content they choose to the masses
E-books threaten the publishing industry.
Because they are paperless, e-books are more environmentally friendly.
INSIDE A LIBRARY, WE CAN FIND SEVERAL KINDS OF BOOKS THAT COMPRISE MOST OF OUR LESSONS . . .
A book demands patience and effort, but rewards us with the depth that can only come from careful and intensive study and reflection.
Traditional, paper books are immune to viruses, dead batteries, and other technical malfunctions.
A hardcover book has greater monetary value than an easily copied e-book.
books from authoritative authors are more likely to provide you with the best information.
books are the best source of learning.
-although a person will have to go through
a number of books to get the right material, he won't return empty-handed. he will have gained enough knowledge by reading so many things. while on the computer a person will only get information on a specific topic. so computers should only be used when in real hurry. it does help a little when you need knowledge only in one topic.
BASED ON THE REASON I PRESENTED . . .
I personallybelievedthat...
It still best to read books than to . .
Explore in the
internet
I consider it for the reason that the answer you will find in a book are more specific than to internet.
