In this event the participant team consists of 1-3 members each.
The event has TWO stages.
Stage-1 6-feb-2010
In the first stage teams need to come up with the executive summary of a product which does not
exist but is suppose to be in future.
Say for example Smart fridges, these scan the items present in them and as the items get reduced, itdirectly messages desired grocery store and the person from the stores delivers items at home. Now
this kind of product does not exist now but is very much possible in coming days so the team has to
prove its feasibility on various factors in this summary.
The product should be a innovative one.
The dead line of submitting the summary is 6-feb-2010
Top 10 executive summaries will be chosen by the panel and then these 10 teams moved to next
stage .
Result of round 1 will be declared by 7-feb-2010
Stage-2 9-feb-2010
For the second round the respective 10 teams need to refine their idea according to companies that
they have bought and present them before the judges in form of presentation clarifying on the
concepts such as,
why they chose that product?
Their production system,
Finance used in various ways,
Research and development etc.
Final decision will be taken by jury members and should be followed.
