Registration

All players interested in trying out for any one of Atlantic Valley Volleyball Club’s teams must pre-

register on our registration website:

The site may also be accessed through a link located on our main site:

Click “Create an Account”

Read “Player Contract” and select “check if you agree” and select continue……..

Follow posted directions to register with GEVA by selecting link.

You will be directed to the GEVA website. Once here select “Registration.”

Then select “Registration System.”

You will be re-directed to the GEVA registration page. Select “individuals” to begin.

If you registered with GEVA last year you will need to input your user name and password to access the system. If this is your first time you will need to follow the steps

listed under “New Users click here to Register.”

Once logged in you will be asked to update your person information.If this is your first time you will need to complete all the fields. If you are a returning user please update the info. Don’t forget to update your child’s grade in the drop down box.

Make sure all fields are input and correct. When complete select “ok.”

Please review your information for accuracy.If correct you may now print the forms needed for registration.

Select “Individual Registration” to print the pre-printed GEVA registration form then select “Medical Release” to print the USA Volleyball medical release form.

The GEVA form will have your name and birth date printed across the top of the page. Make sure all signatures are completed where indicated.

The medical form requires additional information to be completed by hand. Please make sure this is done and signed as well.

Once forms shown below are printed, you may return to the AVVC Registration website, check box indicating you have registered with GEVA and complete the registration process.

Review list of items needed for tryouts and make sure you have the GEVA form, the USA Volleyball Medical Release form and the $75 tryout fee.

If your child is trying out for a National Team please download consent form.

Once completed, select box at the bottom of the page, then press continue.

Now you are able to create your account. Set up your account by entering the information requested. Please make sure to make note of your password.

Complete the balance of your demographic information.Select “create” once all boxes have been completed.

Congratulations, you have successfully created your AVVC account!

If you have more than one child who will be trying out you will need to create a separate account for each player.
