who specialises in high end steading conversions and rural

developments in Scotland. The client had commenced a

32 property development in Perthshire and required funding in

stages. Lowry provided initial funds secured against a wind and

watertight house in order to finish this house and commence

works on the next property on the development. Once the next

property was wind and watertight a new loan was draw down

to continue the development process.

from application to completion. The purchase price was

£153,000 and the surveyor advised that by spending £15,000

on refurbishment, the property would be worth £250,000.

Multiple Locations, ScotlandLowry Capital was approached by Clever Lending to provide funding

secured against a large portfolio of properties located throughout

Scotland. The client (a corporate borrower) was getting a debt

reduction deal worth £1.2 million from his current high street bank.

The challenge was that the client had a strict 28 day (19 working days)

deadline to repay his bank and the property portfolio, provided

as security, consisted of 21 separate commercial properties located

throughout Scotland. The added difficulty was some off the

properties were not yet registered on the New Scottish Land Registry.
