Kate Ashton is the owner of Ashton Gallery at Art on 30th in the North Park Arts and Culture District. She is also the mentor for over a dozen professional artists who exhibit on a regular basis at the gallery. She hosts juried exhibitions at the gallery every six weeks, and once a year hosts a national show and catalogue. Kate has taught art for many years and identifies herself as an abstract artist with a hint of whimsy on the side. She has participated in dozens of group shows over the years and just as many solo shows.
