Stages database

AxSTREAM™ is developed for corporate needs, working with Stages Database.

Any stage may be copied and then pasted to any another project.

Compressor maps generation

AxSTREAM provides embedded maps generator AxMAP

AxMAP allows to obtain maps and response surfaces of mass flow rate, efficiency, reaction and other parameters as a function of operational parameters (outlet pressure, rotating velocities) and design parameters.

Map setup analysis for efficiency and flow rate vs. variable outlet pressure and blade rotation angle. Spool speed is a map parameter

12

Setup maps generation

AxMAP allows flexibly tune the map variables and parameters.

To study an influence of blade stagger tuning, blade rotation was chosen as a primary variable, outlet pressure as a secondary one and spool speed as a parameter.

Compressor maps for three designs Blade rotation angles in a range of spool speed

For each spool speed a three values of blade rotation angle are explored - -2.5deg, 0deg,+2.5 deg

bra = -2.50

AxSTREAM™ provides automatic compressor profiles building.

A special control tool displays allowable angle ranges.

AxSTREAM™ provides real-time calculation of a profile’s aerodynamic properties.
