Introduction

Multistage AY series centrifugal oil pump is horizontal sectional multi-stage pump, radial

subdivision.

Balance disc (drum) structure to balance axial force.

55 #, 65 # using sliding bearing bracket drive, 45 # bracket with radial bearing, thin oil

lubrication.

Non-driven-end bearing use radial-thrust ball bearing, residual axial force balance, thin oil

lubrication.

Driven end and non-driven-end can configure the Packing seal or mechanical seal according

to the customer request.

Mechanical seal configuration for container type structure

Discharge and suction’s direction is up, centerline bearing.

Pump through flexible diaphragm coupling driven directly by the prime mover

Look from the prime mover pump is counterclockwise.

According to the working condition, sealed cavity and bearing body place can use water

cooling.

Cooling water piping system by the factory before they go out configuration, recommended

flow rate of cooling is 0.2 0.5 m3 / h, pressure is 0.2-0.3 MPa.

Type Designation of AY pump

AY 50—35X 6- Ⅱ

Structure

For horizontal segment multistage centrifugal pump, the pump suction and discharge nozzles are

vertical, the pump body is supported on the horizontal axis.

1 Rators:

stator is mainly composed of bearing parts, breathe section, section, middle, guide vane, does not

guide blade bracket parts, such as using the poles and bolt, the fastening together. The stator part

through inhalation, the outer level, spit out paragraphs direction of center is located in the pump

on wings, supports are installed in pump seat. In order to limit the pump body expansion

deformation, suction segment at the drive end bearing with stent surface, around each have a

vertical pump axis positioning pin, prevent the pump body heat expansion displacement in the

direction of drive. And spit in the drive end bearing with stent combined with the surface, runs

parallel to the pump axis guide groove, limit the thermal expansion displacement pump body can

only along the axis of the base.

2 Bearing parts:

The integration of a bearing is supporting part of the rotor, 40 50 ay ay, USES the rolling bearing,

65 65 80 80 ay, ay, ay, ay using sliding bearing and thrust bearing, bearing uniform thin oil

lubricated oil ring, electricity and water cooling.

3 Interstage seal:

Impeller, suction, middle, and the mouth of the guide vane and the impeller adopts replaceable

clearance seal ring.

4 Shaft gland seal:

According to customer's requirement, can choose packing seal or mechanical seal.

Cooling and sealing system

2.Cooling water and sealing liquid pressure

(1)cooling water pressure is P=0.15-0.3MPa better

(2) Sealing fluid pressure in principle should be higher than the lateral pressure in front of

stuffing box where 0.05 ~ 0.15 MPa, in order to prevent the pump within the medium leakage or

air pump (to all)

(a)The suction side of the stuffing box seal fluid pressure can take P + Ps + 0.05 ~ 0.15 MPa,

Ps is the pump inlet pressure. Out side of the stuffing box seal fluid pressure in pump with

equalizer pipe or balance hole, can install according to the suction side is the same

(b)But in the case of a balance pipe may jam and sealing liquid pressure should be made

bigger.

(c)If no balance tube, the balance, the Ps + Pn + 0.05 ~ 0.15 MPa, the Pn is n impeller of

pressure.

3. Seal oil pump pressure should be selected according to the above the highest pressure.

4. The requirement of the cooling water and sealing liquid.

(1) parallel each bearing, stuffing box, the pump body cooling chamber, packing gland of the

cooling water requirement for 0.5 1 m3 / h

(2) the cooling water sealing fluid requirements are for reference only, the user can be modified

according to actual condition.
