9 Specificationa) Pls change PHC500 plie to square 400x400. We do not permit

spun pile.

b) Made in China steel structures including bolts are not acceptable,

please confirm

10 Temporary Plans a) Your temporary plan is insufficient

b) Please confirm that at least 4 guard posts at Employers designated

locations together with guardhouse to be included on your temporary

plans and active throughout duration of the project.

11 Bills of Quantities General Conditions & Preliminary

a) Please confirm your design and management fee in general

conditions and preliminary is adequate to cover all necessary costs,

please clearly clarify contents of the preliminary such as housing,

manpower, temporary facilities etc.

General Questionsa) Please confirm you have excluded the costs of jack roof in Melt

Shop, refer to addendum #3.

b) There shall be 2 weighing bridges, their total cost of 70,000,000

VND shall be tentative only, after confirmation of specification we shall

finalize this Cost

c) Please confirm crane girder and crane rails already included in your

cost.

d) In ceiling finishes, please include items insulation panel 100mm thk

and ceiling steel frame support in your BOQ

l) In External work, electric room for fes, rolling mill water treatment,

and melt shop water treatment from BOQ because they are out of

scopes of works. Please confirm.

confirm what method of works had been used

n) Your steel total quantity is too low, Please confirm
