1. Between 700-1000 tornados occur every year in the United states. 63 tornadoes once struck Arkansas on one single day. This is the highest number of tornadoes ever recorded in one day.

2. Dust devils have different names in different places. In different places. In Australia they are know as willy willies.

3. The most tornadoes in one season happened in 1992 in united states . A total of 1293 tornadoes touched down in that season.
