Rental fee includes:

POLICIESTo officially reserve your date a signed copy of the Mountain Valley Wedding Contract

along with the non-refundable deposit  is required. 

20% service charge applied to all food and beverage packages, 6 % sales tax applies to

all food packages.

Cash, Check, Money Orders or Credit Card Payments are accepted. Please be advised a

3% service charge applies on Credit cards. 

All in-season Saturday dates (May-Mid November) requires a minimum. 

Special Pricing is available for Friday, Sunday and off-peak season dates.

Accommodations can be made for guests with dietary or allergy restrictions. Please

notify your event manager at least two months prior to your event to coordinate these

selections.

Set-up begins 5 hours prior to the event.

Outside desserts, other than the wedding cake, must be precut and in a disposable

container. 

All golf reservations for the bridal party are the responsibility of the party. Reservations

can be made by calling Mountain Valley Pro Shop (570-467-2242 ext. 1).

Golf carts are available to the bridal party (18 and older) only for photo shoots. You will

incur an additional charge if golf carts are used by persons not authorized by Mountain

Valley staff.

Mountain Valley cannot send food home with guests in any form . This policy is

strictly enforced to minimize the risk of food borne illness due to improper handling of

storage of leftover items. We appreciate your cooperation. 

No refunds are issued based on guests who do not show. In addition, after the final

payment, 10 days prior to the event, no deductions can be made. 

In the event guests come that did not RSVP, Mountain Valley will accommodate the

situation; however, meal choices cannot be guaranteed and payment for the guest must

be made prior to the end of the event.

    "Mountain Valley was truly the most perfect location

for our wedding. Our ceremony site overlooked the

lake and was absolutely beautiful. It was so reassuring

that there was a pavilion nearby to have as our backup

plan in case of bad weather during the time of the

ceremony.

     We  enjoyed utilizing the bridal suite upstairs to get

ready in, and to enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres with

our bridal party during the cocktail hour. The reception

flowed perfectly and dancing out on the deck was so

much fun. Our sparkler sendoff at the end of the night

ran very smoothly, too.

     Mountain Valley's food and drinks are delicious! The

staff was extremely accommodating to our guests'

specific dietary needs and they provided excellent,

quick service. Shannon, our wedding planner, was SO

helpful throughout the planning process, and

organized everything for our big day. The staff that

decorated the venue did an incredible job and I was

amazed at just how perfect it looked.

      We also enjoyed utilizing the shuttle that was

provided to go back and forth from the venue to the

hotel (Comfort Inn & Suites), just a short distance away.

It was so convenient for all of our out-of-town guests

to stay in a hotel so close to the venue. Mountain

Valley as a whole is so well-kept and stunning. We

honestly couldn't have asked for a better wedding
