Minna Gray trained in the prestigious Taideteollisuus Akatemia in Finland and is a Master's graduate of Central St. Martins College of Art and Design in London.

Her early career in Asia has been with Wilson and Associates, Singapore (1996 - 2000) designing carpets & floor coverings; composing FF&E specifications;

selecting furniture & fabric schemes and overseeing projects in Asia
