Verse 2: Are you women like Cinderella Who dream for Prince Charming to come Are you women like sexy Nena Whose profession is selling sex delight Oh women are you only for bed of love Refrain: Women open up your mind Society needs to be analyzed How you are being molded and brainwashed To admit you’re just objects of fun Oh women is this really your destined life Verse 3: Why are there women like Gabriela Like Theresa and Tandang Sora Who didn’t depend on mercy and cry Every one of them took up arms They were women who struggled for our freedom Verse 4: Why are there women like Lisa Like Liliosa and like Lorena Who were not afraid to fight And now there are so many comrades They are women bravely fighting for freedom (repeat refrain and verse 4) They are women bravely fighting for freedom
