Registrations are open on NQT Portal until 17th October 2020 for NQT scheduled on 24th/25th/26th October 2020

Students are required to register on NQT Portal to get their Registration Number

Post registration, students could be batched on any of the above dates for taking up the NQT

To be considered for TCS Selection Process, candidates must register at the TCS Next Step Portal ( https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/ ), specifying the NQT Registration number

After the NQT, TCS Applicants’ NQT Score will be taken from TCS iON Basis the NQT Score, the shortlisting for next round will be decided TCS Applicants’ who are toppers from NQT will be further given a chance for

Step 1: Go to NQT portal https://iur.ls/nqttns. You will land up on this home page. Click on Register Now button then

Step 2: If you are a new user then click on “New User”. It will prompt you to create new account. Click on “Create Account”

Step 3: It will take you to create account page where you are required to fill your details. Select the op�on “Learner” if you are a student and looking to apply for NQT test. Fill up your details and enter your mobile number for Valida�on OTP.

Step 4: Once you enter all details, it will prompt to check all the policy and terms of use. Please read all tabs carefully and check all the boxes accordingly. Once you click on OK, you account will be created.

Step 5: Fill your personal details, educa�onal qualifica�on details, examina�on details and “Subject NQT Test details clearly.

Step 6: Now while selec�ng your ins�tute name, please fill correct ins�tute name. You can search your ins�tute by following op�ons given in the screen shot. You can select it by “Ins�tute Name”, Ins�tute State” and “Ins�tute City”

Step 7: Select your Ins�tute name and add it. If you are not able to find your ins�tute name then please select “Others” in the ins�tute name.

Step 8: Put your examina�on details including mode of exam very carefully as it is a very important step. If you are selec�ng online mode then please check the system specifica�on on right side which is required for test. UPLOAD YOUR RECENT PASS PORT SIZED PHOTOGRAPH. Photograph should be a formal one.

Step 9: In the Subject NQT Test, it is MANDATORY to select PROGRAMMING TEST to appear for TCS CAMPIS HIRING

Step 10 : On submission of complete form, NQT Registra�on Number will be generated. You will get a mail on your registered email ID as well. Please keep this number safe with you to appear for the test.

NQT Registra�on Number will be in the format NQTXXXXXXXXXX. Use this NQT Registra�on Number in TCS next step portal at this link. h�ps://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/

Detailed Steps for TCS Next Step Portal Registra�on Process

Step 1: Go to TCS next step portal h�ps://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/ . You will land up on below page. Click on “Register Now” if you don’t have an account on this portal.

Step 2: Click on “IT” op�on if you are applying for TCS Campus Hiring 2021

Step 3: Fill the ini�al signup page and generate CT/DT reference ID. And keep this ID handy with you for future purpose as well.

On comple�ng the signup form. You will get CT or DT reference ID. There is no difference in CT/DT reference ID so don’t get confuse with it.

Step 4: You will land up on home page which looks like this.

Step 5: Complete the applica�on form

All tabs of the applica�on form should be in “Green �ck”. It implies all the details have been completed successfully.

Important Points to Remember while Filling Applica�on Form

1. Passport Sized Image to be upload. It should be a Formal Photograph. 2. Updated CV to be uploaded 3. Fill your educa�onal details a�er checking your Marksheets. 4. Fill the declara�on tab a�er reading it completely. Incorrect informa�on in the applica�on

form might result into cancella�on of candidature at any point of recruitment

Step 6: Once completed, submit the applica�on form by clicking on “Submit Applica�on Form” bu�on.

Your status will be “Applica�on Received” in “Track My Applica�on” Tab

Step 7: Once you submit applica�on form, system will prompt you to “Apply for Drive”.

Click on “YES”

Apply for TCS Recruitment Drive will pop up

Fill Nearest TCS Office loca�on and your “NQT Registra�on Number”

And Click on “Apply” bu�on.

Step 8: You will get this no�fica�on once you have successfully applied.

To check status of your applica�on, go to “Track My Applica�on” tab. Status should be “Applied for Drive”

It shows your applica�on process is complete.

“Please ensure you have filled the correct details in the applica�on form as per your documents.”

Important Dates to Remember

1. Last Date of Registra�on: 17th October 2020 2. Test Date: 24th ,25th and 26th October 2020
