hello! I’ve put together this guide to help answer any questions you may have about hiring me as your wedding photographer

- from how I work, who I love to work with and what I hope to give you after the party’s over.!!If there’s anything you can’t find the answer to or if you just fancy a natter about weddings, please do get in

about me… I’m Laura, and I’m a photographer based in Brighton who specialises in taking photographs of people.!!

I have an extra special fondness for taking photographs of couples in love. Capturing the moments that make up a wedding day through my camera is a job like no other. !

I believe that long after the music has faded, once the suit and dress are hanging back in the wardrobe, the photographs of your day still carry life. They should spark memory and emotion and transport you back to that moment. My aim is to leave you with a set of images that can be relived for years, by generations

to come.!!My approach to wedding photography is mostly from a documentary viewpoint - I like to stand back and let

you do your thing, and to let the day unfold as you've planned and imagined it to. I seek out the emotional moments that make the day so special and love capturing all the details that you have worked so hard to put together. I love to do newlywed portraits after the ceremony (this is usually a perfect time

for the couple to sneak away and enjoy being newly married!) and also do family formal portraits if that's what you're into.!!!!!!!

Pre wedding meet to chat about your day {this can be over email, phone or Skype if you’re a little further away}

7 hours, usually to include the bride getting ready through to the start of reception 250 high resolution images, fully edited for you to use and share as you wish

Personal Use Licence for all images {this means you can print and make your own albums after the wedding}

you & your wedding I love working with couples who are planning a day that reflects their personalities

and their lives together. !I know how much love and thought can be put into not only the big moments of a day, but

also the small individual details and I try to capture all the things that are important to you. After booking I like to chat about the meaningful things you have

planned, and make a note of them so that I can seek them out on the day. !I also love shooting small, creative weddings, and realise that budgets can be a little

tight. If you are planning an awesome day that you think I’d like to capture but the packages don’t quite fit your budget, get in touch as I’d love to chat about it.

what happens next….? !

If you’ve decided you’d like us to work together, YAY! Follow these steps: !• First of all drop me a line to see if I have the date free. !• If I’m free, we can have a chat so that you can check that I’m the gal for the job. Over tea and cake is the ideal, but if not then phone/email/skype! !

• Once you’re sure, I’ll book the date for you and send you a contract. On signing that I’ll ask for a 10% non-refundable deposit so I can keep that date just for you. !

• In-between booking and the wedding we can chat as much (or as little) as you like. I’ll send you a questionnaire so that I can learn about you, your loved ones and your day, and I’l check in every now and again for wedding gossip. !

• On the day I’ll capture all that good stuff you’ve been planning! And probably have a dance with you at the end too. !

• 5 weeks after the wedding you’ll get a gorgeous parcel from me, with all those memories enclosed.
