HPHConnect is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. HPHConnect is secure and maintains user-confidentiality. HPHConnect runs with standard web browser (e.g. Internet

Explorer) that supports high-level encryption. HPHConnect lets you spend less time on paperwork and more time

focusing on your business. HPHConnect allows your third party administrator or broker to

perform any HPHConnect administrative transaction on your behalf. HPHConnect is FREE!

When you request an HPHConnect account for your company, you will receive a username and password. These will allow you to access a host of online services.

Real time management of your health benefit costs. Receive a preliminary bill on or about the 10th of the month. Disenroll subscribers directly from your preliminary bill. This allows you to focus on transactions that you need to process prior to receiving your final bill.

Online BillingOnline Billing On the date specified by you (between the 11th and 25th of the month) your final invoice will be posted. All changes processed since your preliminary bill will be reflected on your final invoice.

For a complete picture of your enrollees’ Harvard Pilgrim coverage, a Coverage Ends Date will appear for members whose coverage is ending within 120 days. This display allows you to easily verify future disenrollments.

By using the ‘Add Subscriber’ function, you will be able to submit new enrollments through HPHConnect to Harvard Pilgrim by completing the online enrollment form!

Previous subscriber enrollment information can be retrieved if the subscriber was a member of Harvard Pilgrim within the previous two years.

Compare your employee payroll or HRIS roster with Harvard Pilgrim’s.

Download your employee rosters into Excel or other database applications and you can view and print your roster.

You also have the option to download rosters as “Subscriber only” or “Subscriber and Dependents.”
