Her work has been sold in Hallmark, Container Store, Hobby Lobby and stationery boutiques and online retailers across the country. In 2010, she serendipitously stumbled across Spoonflower, a fast-growing online digital fabric printing company and creative community. For the next 6 months her husband wondered if he’d ever see his wife again as she spent most of her spare time working on new artwork and designs. But, what started out as a bit of fun in her spare time turned into something much bigger when she entered and won the Project Selvage contest co-hosted by Spoonflower and Michael Miller Fabrics and the opportunity to become a licensed fabric designer. Her winning baby boy collection, “Backyard Baby” reflects much of her own childhood growing up, and is a celebration of playing outdoors and the wonders of nature. PATTY SLONIGER was born in Maryland and currently lives and works in Houston,
