Custom made productsThe catalogue contains standard solutions that fulfil common needs for cable support. As men-tioned above we do quite often manufacture products that are custom made for special solutions.In order to reduce the size of the catalogue we have made a directory named Custom-made prod-ucts on our homepage www.bagh.infoOn this directory we present a number of technical solutions showing different custom-made solu-tions made in a number of project.

General Sales and delivery conditions:The following conditions are valid for all deliveries and orders, unless there is written arrange-ments, regardless of special conditions in the buyers order.

Offers are given without obligations and with reservation subject to the goods being undsold. The offer is valid for 4 weeks from the date of the offer. The sale is final when the order is confirmed by acknowledgement of order

Delivery is from Hundested. Sending order is at the buyers cost and risk. Transportation method and route is selected by Bagh & Co A/S. When no delivery date is agreed, the delivery is as soon as possible. When a delivery date (week) is confirmed then the last day of the week is in time for the delivery.

Bagh & Co A/S is not responsible for any delay, due to force majeure, or other circumstances which are beyond the control and influence of Bagh & Co A/S.

The agreed date for delivery is to be kept to schedule as much possible, but Bagh & Co A/S is not responsible for consequences of delay in the delivery.

If one of our products causes physical damage to a person, and the damage only is due to a defect by the product, then Bagh & Co A/S will be responsible if it is accepted by Bagh & Co A/S or or-dered by danish court.

Prices is net 30-days, excl VAT and other duty tax. By orders for less than dk �000 kr there is dk 200 kr. in dispatch fee.

Bagh & Co A/S has a continuous policy of development and improvement and so reserves the right to change designs without any notice.

Returned goods are credited for a fee of 20%, if the goods are delivered to Bagh & Co A/S undam-aged within 3 months from invoice date.

For invoices paid after date Bagh & Co A/S reserve the right to charge a interest on overdue pay-ment at present �,8% per month.
