Registration Fee: $100 TMCEC will pay for your breakfast and lunch on May 16, breakfast on May 17, and lodging in a double room (with a roommate) the nights of May 15 and 16. There is an additional fee of $50 per night for a single room (without a roommate). If your court is located within a 30-mile radius of the conference site, TMCEC cannot reserve or pay for your hotel room. If you need a private hotel room for both nights, the cost is $200 ($100 registration fee plus $100 for two single room nights).

Registration Deadline: April 17, 2016. After the deadline, a room can no longer be guaranteed. The full payment must be submitted with your registration form. TMCEC will send each registrant an emailed confirmation letter and hotel information prior to the conference. Be sure to include a valid email address on your registration form.

Hotel Registration: TMCEC will make your hotel reservation from the information that you provide on your registration form. Note that the conference site is not a hotel this year. There are several hotels for participants--assignment will be based on submission date of registration form. You will receive your hotel assignment in your confirmation email. TMCEC will pay for your hotel room, but be prepared to post a deposit or present a credit card upon check-in for incidentals (movies, telephone calls, or room service). You will be responsible for paying any costs incurred for bringing additional family members. Do not contact the hotel directly unless you plan to arrive early or

extend your stay; in either case, you will be responsible for payment of that portion of the bill (including tax).

Cancellation and No Show Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 10 working days before the conference begins by calling TMCEC at 800.252.3718. If you register and fail to attend, TMCEC will invoice you and your city to recoup the costs of meals, course materials, and lodging. Costs for meals, course materials, and lodging will also be charged to late cancellations.

TCOLE Credit: TMCEC is contracted with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) to provide training courses. You must provide your TCOLE PID number and date of birth during registration to receive TCOLE continuing education credit. The PID number is mandatory only for licensed Texas peace officers. Participants must remain for the full conference; no partial credit will be given. More information on credit, including further requirements, will be provided at the conference.

Policy on Persons with Disabilities: TMCEC will make every effort to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities. Our contract with the hotel service providers includes provisions for disability accommodations. If you are in need of any such accommodations, please notify the hotel directly. All participants should feel free to contact TMCEC or our staff at the conference if accommodations provided by the hotel are not satisfactory.
