• Sea of Cortes “The world’s aquarium”: The Sea of Cortez is the richest body of water on our entire planet. This diverse sea supports more than 900 varieties of fish and more than 2000 species of marine invertebrates. It is home to many species that exist only within it's waters. •Cruise ship industry: Ensenada´s marine port is the nation´s second most important cruise ship destination. On 2014 it is expected to nearly double the number of passenger arrivals compared to 2013, receiving more than 736 thousand passengers and 302 ship calls.
