Our unique, yet simple, vinaigrettes are made with specialty oils and vinegars. We use estate grove olives organically grown along the Mediterranean for our Extra Virgin Olive Oils. The Balsamic Vinegars, from Modena, Italy, are made over an open wood fi re and aged in seasoned wood casks. We chose Silver Fern Farms beef for our burgers because of their dedication to providing the highest quality beef using natural, free-range farming.
