ROUND BALE UNROLLER

The round bale unroller RBA is the ideal solution for fast, clean, and effortless fodder distribution. Whether used for silage, hay or straw, the device opens the bale completely and without losing any fodder. The device allows for both stationary and mobile operation. During mobile use, the fodder is distributed directly at the feeding table.

IMAGE DESCRIPTION1) The first step requires that the upper half of the film and net be removed from the bale.2) Next, the bale is loaded onto the RBA with a loading arm or an external device.3) The second half of the film and net can be removed once the bale has been turned. The fodder is ready to be distributed.4) The bale is opened completely and uniformly.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

Aided by the scraper floor the bale is pressed onto the elastic spring tines and then placed in rotary movement. The fodder is unrolled completely and evenly and can be deposited directly at the feeding table.

The device can be tailored to specific needs thanks to extensive additional equipment options.

Whether tightly compressed, short, long, cut or uncut, the fodder is always split without a hitch

VARIABLE ATTACHMENT SYSTEMThe variable attachment system makes it possible to spread the fodder from three directions simply by changing the position of the hydraulic hoses.

Hydraulic loading armThe hydraulic loading arm picks the bales up in a snap. This eliminates the need for an additional vehicle. Mounting the loading arm on the other side only requires a few simple steps.

Electric driveThis drive makes it possible to use the round bale unroller as a stationary unit as well.

Radio remote controlA compact operating unit with radio control offers a convenient way to control the RBA both from the tractor and from outside the tractor. The associated control device is mounted on the RBA. For operation with a wheel loader or telescopic loader, a single-acting control device with free return, as well as a 12-volt connection are required.

Manual control valveThe manual control valve allows the operator to control the bale opening device from the tractor cab.

ROUND BALE CUTTER

The round bale cutter offers a convenient way to cut open and split bales. The round bale is placed on the five reinforced tines and cut all the way through by a knife bar. The serrated shape of the knife guarantees a safe and robust cut. Multiple cuts ensure that the fodder can be distributed directly at the feeding table.

Film holderThe film holder allows the operator to cleanly separate film and net from the fodder without the hassle of having to step down from the tractor. Eight hooks hold film and net safely in place while the bale is being cut through. This saves the operator the trouble of removing the film manually beforehand.Operation is controlled using a double-acting control device.

977ROUND BALE SPLITTER

The round bale splitter was developed for unrolling and transporting round bales. The bale is pinned on two powered spikes, merely requiring the operator to remove the film beforehand. The compact design keeps the center of gravity close to the tractor. Road transport is possible as well thanks to the tine guard.
