Test Procedure: The test specimen was evaluated in general accordance with:

UL-752, Bullet-Resisting Equipment, Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., Eleventh Edition, September 2005 (Revised December 2006)

Qualifications: Intertek-ATI in York, Pennsylvania has demonstrated compliance with ISO/IEC International Standard 17025 and is consequently accredited as a Testing Laboratory (TL-144) by International Accreditation Service, Inc. (IAS). Intertek-ATI is accredited to perform all testing reported herein. Test Specimen Source: The test specimen was provided by the client in good condition. Representative samples of the test specimens will be retained by Intertek-ATI for a minimum of four years from the test completion date. Limitations: It is our understanding from CR Laurence Co., Inc. that the acrylic and polycarbonate glazing was previously evaluated for UL 752, Level 1 and Level 3, respectively; therefore, the laminated glazing was not part of this evaluation and only the frame was shot.
