1. BANCAIDENTITY SERVICE BancaIdentity are certification services, which enable you to authenticate and authorize operations on the InBiz portal with the use of a USB Flash Drive for Electronic Signature. BancaIdentity portal serves for the management of digital certificates. It is dedicated to users, who use the USB flash drive as a security device for the use of the InBiz service. The services offered via the BancaIdentity portal are:

generation of new certificates on the USB Flash Drive for Electronic Signature,

download of drivers to the USB Flash Drive for Electronic Signature,

change and reset of the PIN to the USB Flash Drive for Electronic Signature,

suspension, or revocation of a certificate,

check of the certificate validity

check of the hardware and software compatibility of your computer.

2. HOW DO I LOG IN TO THE BANCAIDENTITY PORTAL?

Open the web address http://ca.intesasanpaolo.com/, where you can find the login window together with information about digital certificates, documentation, news of the bank, and contacts.

The log in to the BancaIdentity portal can differ based on the used security credentials:

Digital signature – select in case you have a USB flash drive with a valid certificate

CF CRP – select in case of the first time log in with a new USB flash drive, or in case you forgot the PIN to the USB flash drive with a valid certificate.

CF CRP

In case of selecting CF CRP there is no need to have a USB flash drive connected to the computer. In the login window fill out the following security credentials:

TAX CODE/PERSONAL NUMBER – received in the package with a security device (USB flash drive)

CONTRACT BI – BancaIdentity agreement number received in the package with the security device.

CRP CODE– First half of the code was sent to you by e-mail and the second half was included in the package with the security device.

Confirm the stated security credentials by pressing SEND.

DIGITAL CERTIFICATE

For signing in via the electronic signature first connect the USB flash drive to the USB port of your computer. In case a window pops up with an option to run automatically, run “Launcher.exe”. To speed up the future use of the flash drive select the option to always run this file automatically after the USB flash drive connects to the computer.

By pressing DIGITAL SIGNATURE in the login window of the BancaIdentity portal, an applet for communication with the USB flash drive starts loading.

In case you are asked to allow the running of the applet, select the option “Run”. To speed up the future use of the applet select the option to always trust the content from this publisher.

In case of a first run an installation of PKNet 2.0 will be started, please wait until the end of the installation. The PKNet 2.0 installation could be automatically started even after every PC restart or shutdown.

After the loading of the applet a new login window appears. Input a valid PIN to the USB flash drive and confirm by pressing OK.

3. NAVIGATION ON THE BANCAIDENTITY PORTAL

The main BancaIdentity screen is divided into four parts:

1. Top bar, 2. Main menu, 3. Content, 4. Contact.

The Top bar is static and serves for the language selection of the BancaIdentity portal. The Main menu contains items which enable you to navigate the portal.

In the section CUSTOMER OPERATIONS you can find links for the PC configuration check, video manuals, and the personal area. After logging in the following links are displayed in place of the login screen:

Logout – serves for the log out of user from BancaIdentity.

Certificate Management – serves for revocation and suspension of a certificate or for a reset or a change of the certificate PIN,

Enrollment/Check Certificates – serves for certificate generation in case of a new USB flash drive, for certificate generation in case of certificate expiration, or for validity check of an existing certificate,

Download device driver – the driver for the USB flash drive installs automatically when first connected to the computer. In case the driver does not get installed or in case it was deleted, you can download it by selecting this option.

OPERATIVE DOCUMENTS and TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS contain links to documents related to BancaIdentity.

INFO DOCUMENTS contains a link to privacy and cookies policy for the BancaIdentity portal.

In the bottom part of the left menu you can find a link to the InBiz portal. The central part of the screen displays the contents of individual functionalities. Before and immediately after the log in the central part displays basic information about digital certificates, certification authority and news published by the bank. The introductory section of the portal displays e-mail and telephone contact for the call service KONTAKT, which you may use in case you need help from the bank.

5. IS MY COMPUTER COMPATIBLE WITH BANCAIDENTITY?

To be able to fully utilize BancaIdentity and the certification services, it is necessary that your computer fulfils the minimum software and hardware configuration criteria. You can check these directly on the BancaIdentity portal by clicking on the option PC Configuration Check - JWS.

After clicking on the PC Configuration Check - JWS you may be prompted to confirm the run of the configuration check. To continue, select “Run”. To speed up the future use you can select the option to always trust content from this publisher.

After pressing “Run“, the system runs the configuration check and displays the result. If only green checks are displayed, your computer fulfils all the software and hardware requirements to fully utilize the BancaIdentity services. In case any of the check results are marked with a red sign, please contact your organizational technical support.

6. HOW DO I GENERATE/CHECK CERTIFICATES?

CERTIFICATE GENERATION

For correct operation of the USB flash drive it is necessary, before its first use, to generate a digital certificate and install it on the USB flash drive. If you do not have the USB flash drive connected to the computer, connect it, and in the main menu of the BancaIdentity portal click on Enrollment/Check Certificates. In case the system prompts you to confirm the running of the applet for USB flash drive management, select option “Run”. To speed up the future changes you can select the option to always trust content from this publisher.

After the applet starts, the system checks the USB flash drive data.

Wait until the window for PIN input displays. Insert PIN valid for the USB flash drive and select OK.

In case a correct PIN is inserted the system starts to generate a digital certificate, which will be installed on the USB flash drive. Do not remove the USB flash drive until the process is finished.

The moment the generation is finished a confirmation window appears. From this moment you can fully utilize the USB flash drive for authentication of access and authorization of payments in InBiz.

CERTIFICATE CHECK

If you already have a certificate on your USB flash drive you can check its functionality in a way similar to the certificate generation process. With a connected USB flash drive click on Enrollment/Check Certificates in the main menu to display the window for PIN input.

After the PIN is inserted and OK button selected the device check starts running. Do not disconnect the flash drive from the computer during the process.

The moment all checks are done, a window informing you about the successfulness of the checks appears.

7. HOW DO I CHANGE PIN? Your PIN to the USB flash drive can be changed in the section Certificate Management. The link to this section can be found in the main menu of the portal.

On the certificate management screen, click on the button CHANGE PIN. An applet for work with the digital certificate starts. If you are prompted to allow its start, select the option “Run”. To speed up the future use you can select the option to always trust content from this publisher. The original PIN which you received in the package with the USB flash drive should be kept in a safe place even after the change of PIN, since you may need it in case the PIN resets to the original value.

The system loads data from the USB flash drive and displays the window for PIN change. Input the currently valid PIN into the first field. Input the new PIN, 8 to16 numbers long, to the second and the third field.

Confirm the change by selecting OK. The system will inform you about the result of the operation.

You can now close this window. From this moment the system will use the new PIN chosen by you.

8. I FORGOT MY PIN, WHAT NOW?

In case you lost the PIN to your USB flash drive it is possible to unlock the flash drive by resetting the PIN to its original value, which was included in the original USB flash drive package. Log in using the CRP code and select CERTIFICATE MANAGEMENT. On the displayed screen click on UNLOCK.

A window opens prompting you to confirm the operation. Before confirming, make sure you have the original PIN. The bank does not have the original PIN, so in case you do not have it, you will need to request a new USB flash drive from the bank.

After confirming you may be prompted to allow the running of the applet for communication with the USB flash drive. Select the option “Run”. To speed up the future use you can select the option to always trust content from this publisher.

After the process finishes the system will inform you about the successful reset of the PIN to the original value. From security reasons, change the original PIN to a new PIN which must be 8-16 numbers long.

You can now close the window by clicking on „X“ in the top right corner of the screen.

9. HOW DO I SUSPEND/REACTIVATE A CERTIFICATE?

BancaIdentity enables you to suspend a USB flash drive digital certificate. BancaIdentity also enables you to reactivate the certificate and continue its use. To suspend a certificate click on the SUSPEND button in section Certificate management.

A window prompting you to confirm the suspension of the certificate appears.

Confirm by selecting OK. The system starts the suspension process. Wait until the process finishes and do not disconnect the flash drive from the computer during the process. The moment the process is finished a confirmation window appears on the screen.

TO reactivate a certificate, click on the REACTIVATE button in section Certificate management.

A window prompting you to confirm the reactivation of the certificate appears.

Confirm the action by selecting OK. The system starts to unblock the certificate. Wait until the process is finished and do not disconnect the flash drive from the computer during the process. The moment the process is finished a confirmation window appears on the screen.

10. WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS OF THE CERTIFICATE MANAGER?

The difference between the options of the certificate manager and a regular user is that the certificate manager can also manage the certificates of other users, not only his/her own. Therefore, in section Certificate management the certificate holder sees all digital certificates used by the organization and can perform the following actions:

revoke a digital certificate – The USB flash drive becomes invalid. If the user wants to access the InBiz services again with the use of the digital certificate, a new USB flash drive must be requested from the bank.

Suspend/reactivate a certificate – the certificate manager can suspend any organizational certificate (i.e. if an employee is taking a longer vacation). When the certificate is needed again by the user, the certificate manager can reactivate it. The reactivation can also be performed by the user in case the CRP code is used for logging in.

unblock USB / reset PIN to original value – in case the user lost the or forgot the USB PIN, the certificate manager can unblock the USB by resetting the PIN to the original value, which was included in the package with the USB flash drive. If the user does not have this PIN, it is necessary to request a new USB flash drive from the bank.

change PIN – the certificate manger can change PIN on any certificate. To perform this operation the currently valid PIN is needed.

The certificate manager can perform the first two operations without a connected USB flash drive. To unblock or change the PIN it is necessary that the USB flash drive is connected to the computer on which the operation is being performed. Other sections of the BancaIdentity portal (other than Certificate management) are the same for the certificate manager as well as any other user.
