SteelSteel strapping has a long and reliable track record for cargoreinforcement. The main advantage over plastic strapping isthat plastic possess one crucial weakness: it is extremelysusceptible to elongation. It is in this criteria that steelstrapping shines. The average rate of steel elongation is afraction of a percent for any given load, whereas polypropylenestrapping may extend as muchas twenty-five percent,causing it to snap or simplydislodge their cargo.

Woven PolyesterDoesn’t rust or mark products being secured. Lightweight, UVresistant and safe to use. Has the ability of being re-tensioned and reused — this is particularly important instrapping timber products which may shrink as they arestored and the straps become loose. Easier to dispose ofonce used. Has the same properties as PET strapping withhigher elasticity which will retain tension.
