Bank Of India Khandwa Zone intends to form panel of Architects/ Contractors/ Consultants for carrying out various types of construction, repairing and interior furnishing work for the Bank’s Branches/ Offices situated in the district of Khandwa, Khargone, Burhanpur, Harda-Betul, Rewa, Satna, Balaghat, Anuppur & Mahakaushal Region. 2. The various panels will be as under:-

3. Pre-qualification criteria for selection of vendors/ Service provider are as under:-
1(a) Architect for interior Furnishing/ Renovation/ Repair job: upto Rs.20 Lakh
(i) The Firm must have minimum 5 years’ experience as on 30-06-2019
(ii) The Firm must have own established office, adequate technical set-up in Khandwa, Khargone, Burhanpur, Harda-Betul, Rewa, Satna, Balaghat, Anuppur & Mahakaushal Region.
(iii) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed - 1 job of Rs.16 Lakh or - 2 jobs of 10 Lakh or - 3 jobs of 8 Lakh Pertaining to Interior furnishing projects of PSU/Government of India Undertaking.
(iv) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed projects of maintenance/ repairs of premises of commercial/ institutional/ residential buildings.
Architect for Interior Furnishing/ Renovation/ Repair Job: above Rs.20 Lakh and up to Rs.100 Lakh
(i) The Firm must have minimum 5 years’ experience as on 30-06-2019. (ii) The Firm must have own establishment office adequate technical set-up
in Khandwa, Khargone, Burhanpur, Harda-Betul, Rewa, Satna, Balaghat, Anuppur & Mahakaushal Region.
(iii) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed. - 1 job of Rs.80 Lakh - 2 jobs of 50 Lakh or - 3 jobs of 40 Lakh Pertaining to Interior furnishing projects of PSU/ Government of India Undertaking.
(iv) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed projects of maintenance/ repairs of premises of commercial / institutional/ residential buildings.
1 (b) Architects for Civil Construction/ repair Work: - up to Rs.100 Lakh
(i) The Firm must have minimum 5 years’ experience as on 30-06-2019. (ii) The Firm must have own establishment office adequate technical set-up
in Khandwa, Khargone, Burhanpur, Harda-Betul, Rewa, Satna, Balaghat, Anuppur & Mahakaushal Region.
(iii) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed. - 1 job of Rs.80 Lakh - 2 jobs of 50 Lakh or - 3 jobs of 40 Lakh Pertaining to Civil construction projects of PSU/ Government of India Undertaking.
(iv) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed projects of maintenance/ repairs of premises of commercial / institutional/ residential buildings
2 Civil Contractors:-
(a) The Firm must have minimum 5 years’ experience as on 30-06-2019 in executing repairs/ minor addition/ alteration to commercial / residential buildings.
(b) The Firm must have own establishment office adequate technical set-up in Khandwa, Khargone, Burhanpur, Harda-Betul, Rewa, Satna, Balaghat, Anuppur & Mahakaushal Region.
(c) The average financial turnover during last 3 years ended on 31-03-2019 shall be at least (i) For panel up to Rs.10 Lakh- Rs.5 Lakh p.a. (ii) For panel above Rs.10 Lakh and up to Rs.25 Lakh- Rs.20 Lakh p.a. (iii) For panel above Rs.25 Lakh and up to Rs.50 Lakh- Rs.40 Lakh p.a. (iv) For panel above Rs.50 Lakh and up to Rs.100 Lakh- Rs.80 Lakh p.a.
(d) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed projects of maintenance/ repairs of premises of commercial / institutional / residential buildings costing as mentioned hereunder during last 5 years
(i) For panel upto Rs.10 Lakh- - 3 jobs of Rs.4 Lakh each or - 2 jobs of Rs.5 Lakh each or - 1 job of Rs.8 Lakh.
(ii) For panels above Rs.10 Lakh and up to Rs.25 Lakh-
- 3 jobs of Rs.10 Lakh each or - 2 jobs of Rs.12.5 Lakh each or - 1 job of Rs.20 Lakh.
(iii) For panels above Rs.25 Lakh and up to Rs.50 Lakh-
- 3 jobs of Rs.20 Lakh each or - 2 jobs of Rs.30 Lakh each or - 1 job of Rs.40 Lakh.

4. The intending firm should submit documentary evidence for the turnover for
last 3 years and experience claimed, failing which the relevant information will not be considered.
5. Blank prescribed pre-qualification forms will be available during office hour up to 13-09-2019 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday, the same can be obtained from our Office on payment of Rs.500/- by pay order/ Demand Draft in favour of Bank of India. 6. The interested firms may also download prescribed pre-qualification forms from our website. However, they will have to enclose a pay Order/ Demand Draft for Rs.500/- in fovour of Bank of India, while submitting the application from duly filled in, in all respects, falling which, their applications will be liable for rejection. 7. The pre-qualification forms duly filled in, in all respects, and signed should be submitted to us on or before 3:00 PM on 17-09-2019. 8. The Bank reserves the right to select or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS
1. Intending Applicants are required to submit their applications with full particulars,
giving details about their organization, experience, technical personnel in their
organization spare capacity, competence and adequate evidence of their financial
standing etc. in the enclosed form, which will be kept confidential.
2. While deciding upon the selection of Architects, great emphasis will be given on
the ability and competence of applicants to do good quality works within the
specified time schedule and in close co-ordination with local bodies and other
agencies.
3. Decision of the Bank in regard to Enlistment of Architects shall be final. The Bank
in not bound to assign any reason therefor.
4. Each page of the application shall be signed. The application shall be signed by
person/persons on behalf of the organization having necessary authorization/
power of Attorney to do so.
5. If the space in the proforma is insufficient for furnishing full details, such
information may be supplemented on separate sheets of paper, stating therein the
part of the proforma and serial number. Separate sheets shall be used for each
part, and a proper reference with page number must be indicated in the main form
of application.
6. Applications containing false and/or inadequate information are liable for rejection.
7. While filling up the application with regard to the list of important projects
completed or on hand, the applicants shall include works relating to
