Urban Growth Group appointed by NSW Government responsible for redevelopment of entire Bays Precinct Area which includes Bank St.
All current DA applications are on Hold until Strategy plan has been Developed. (Expected Sep 15).
Urban Growth and DBNSW in talks to ensure Dragon Boating requirements are satisfied during redevelopment

foreshore from the Fish Markets to Jacksons Landing.Will include Lights on the Ramp for safety and a security
