Albert is an owner and co-founder of BHG, currently serving as the company’s chairman and CEO. In this role, he manages the Syracuse, New York office and oversees all accounting, credit, legal and financing activities.

For the past 25 years, Albert has coordinated loan sales between community banks and borrowers. Since starting BHG in October of 2001, Albert has managed the sale of more than $2 billion in medical financing with more than 550 community banks nationwide.

Albert obtained his B.A. from Gettysburg University in 1984. He has previously held licenses as both a commodities broker (Series 3) and stockbroker (Series 7). He is also the sole owner and President of A.C. Crawford Futures, Ltd.

In 2009, Albert was selected to be a member of The CEO Project. Several hundred of the nation’s top CEOs were considered for this distinguished membership, with only ten invitations extended.

Along with his partners, Albert was also honored as a prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® award winner in 2012.

He currently resides in Cazenovia, New York with his wife and family.

Bob is an owner and co-founder of BHG, currently serving as the company’s president. As president, Bob leads all origination activities from BHG’s headquarters in Davie, Florida. Since forming BHG in 2001, Bob has originated more than $2 billion in commercial medical loans. As a result of this sustained growth, BHG has been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies nine times.

Prior to starting BHG, Bob and his brother Eric founded Finance Team of America, a commercial finance institution headquartered in Florida. From 1993 to 2001, FTA was responsible for originating $350 million in commercial financing. FTA was considered a top originator by several prominent lending institutions, leading to a letter of intent to be purchased by Finantra Capital. FTA declined the offer, choosing instead to grow the company. In October of 2001, the Castro brothers partnered with Albert Crawford to form BHG.

Additionally, Bob is responsible for initiating corporate partnerships on behalf of BHG, including the Arthritis Foundation, the Children’s Hospital Foundation and Children’s Miracle Network. He also financed a medical mission to northeastern Brazil. Bob’s personal and professional achievements led to his selection, along with his partners, as a prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® award winner in 2012.

He currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with his wife and two children.

Eric is an owner and co-founder of BHG, currently serving as the company’s chief operating officer. In this role, Eric oversees company operations from BHG’s headquarters in Davie, Florida.

Prior to starting BHG, Eric served for three years as regional director for the Better Business Bureau of Florida. In 1993, he founded Finance Team of America with his brother Bob. Eric served as vice president, COO and chief credit officer, where he facilitated and underwrote approximately $350 million in commercial financing. During his tenure, FTA became the primary origination source for four national leasing companies and was considered one of the top commercial originators in the country.

Eric obtained his degree while serving three years in the United States Marine Corps. In 2012, Eric was honored with his partners as a prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® award winner.

He currently resides in Sunshine Ranches, Florida with his wife and family.
