Menu SelectionsWe hope that the following menus will offer you a variety of choices while atTogwotee Mountain Lodge. Should you need additional options, we lookforward to creating and customizing specialty menus to meet your needs.Additionally, in order to properly prepare for your event, and to insure that yourselections will be readily available, we ask that you finalize your menus 30 daysprior to your arrival. All meals are served Buffet Style, and Togwotee MountainLodge must provide all food and beverage for the event.
Meal Guarantees
In order to properly prepare for your event, Togwotee Mountain Lodge requiresthat you supply the guaranteed number of guests two weeks prior to the eventtaking place. This will be considered the guaranteed number not subject toreduction. If no guaranteed number is received, the number on the initialfunction sheet will serve as the number of guaranteed guests. Shouldattendance fall short of the guarantee, the host is responsible for theguaranteed number.
Food & Beverage Service PolicyAll federal, state, and local laws with regard to food and beverage purchase,and consumption will be strictly enforced. Togwotee Mountain Lodge will notdispense alcoholic beverages to anyone under the legal drinking age, which iscurrently 21 years old.
Service ChargeAn 18% Service Charge will be assessed on all food & beverage sales, andadded to the overall food & beverage costs. All prices shown throughout thismenu do not reflect the 18% Service Charge.

TaxWyoming State Sales Tax, currently 6%, will be added to all food & beverage charges. Allprices shown throughout this menu do not reflect the 6% State Sales Tax.
Labor ChargesBartenders are available at $75.00 per bar. Were pleased to waive this charge in the event
the beverage revenue meets or exceeds $400.00.
Chefs/Carvers may be required for some reception stations, and are required at all carvingstations. There will be an additional charge of $25.00 per hour for their services. Minimumtwo hours.
Two Service Attendants will be provided (for groups of 30 or more) at no charge. Should yourequire additional Attendants, a fee of $50.00 per attendant for a four-hour block will beassessed.
MinimumsBuffet Meals require a minimum of 25 guests. Social Hours require a minimum of 35 guests.Additional charges may apply if minimums are not met. Additional charges are figured bymultiplying the difference by half the per person meal cost.
Set Up ChargesSet up charges will vary depending on your particular needs, and will be determined onceall specifications for your event have been priced accordingly. Set up charges include thecost of linens, set up labor, small wares, and other items associated with your event. There isa minimum set up charge of $125.00 for any event requiring F&B.
