1 GII THIU 1.1 Chng trnh Sn xut sch hn ti cng tyBo co nh gi sn xut sch hn ny c thc hin trong khun kh "Hp phn Sn xut sch hn trong cng nghip" ca B Cng Thng vi s ti tr ca DANIDA. D n nh gi sn xut sch hn ti cng ty c thc hin bi i Sn xut Sch ca cng ty vi s h tr k thut v o to ca Trung tm Sn xut Sch Vit Nam (TTSXSVN). Trong qu trnh thc hin d n, S Cng nghip tnh Ph Th thng xuyn kim tra v gim st tin v cht lng thc hin.

Mc ch ca d n l gip cc doanh nghip cng nghip gim chi ph sn xut, ci thin iu kin lm vic ca ngi lao ng v gim thiu tc ng tiu cc ca hot ng sn xut ti mi trng. Sau khi kt thc d n cc doanh nghip c th lm ch c cc k nng v phng php lun nh gi sn xut sch hn ti n v mnh. T thng 12/1998 n nay: Sn phm xi mng sn xut PCB-30 c chng nhn ph hp tiu chun TCVN 6260-1997.Cng ty C phn Xi mng Ph Th l mt doanh nghip Nh nc trc thuc S Xy dng Ph Th, ng trn a bn th trn Thanh Ba - huyn Thanh Ba tnh Ph Th. Hot ng ca Cng ty tri qua cc giai on sau:

Cng ty C phn Xi mng Ph Th ngy nay tin thn l nh my xi mng o Gi c thnh lp theo Quyt nh s 144/QTC ngy 29 thng 9 nm 1967 ca UBND tnh Ph Th ng trn a bn x o Gi huyn Thanh Ba - tnh Ph Th. Vi nhim v sn xut xi mng, vi v phc v xy dng cng nghip, giao thng, nng nghip v phc v quc phng. C s vt cht ban u ht sc th s, cng ngh sn xut lc hu, cng sut mt nm ch t c 900 tn xi mng, 4300 tn vi v 10.600 m3 cc loi.

Nm 1969 u t m rng sn xut, lp thm 2 my nghin bi 0,5 tn/h nng cng sut nh my ln 1500 tn xi mng/nm ng thi m rng sn xut vi vi sn lng 5000 tn v hng chc ngn mt khi xy dng v giao thng.

Nm 1973 u t lp t thm 2 my nghin bi cng sut 1,2 tn/h, my kp hm, my v vin sn xut xi mng theo phng php bn kh nng cng sut ca nh my ln 3000 tn xi mng/nm, 27.000 m3 cc loi, 10.000 tn vi xy dng m bo cng n vic lm v i sng cho 240 ngi lao ng.

Nm 1976-1979 u t xy dng mt dy chuyn xi mng l ng c kch thc 1,5 x 6 m cng sut 1.000 tn xi mng/nm ng b vi h thng my nghin cng sut 2 tn/h nng cng sut tng cng ca nh my ln 20.000 tn xi mng/nm.

Nm 1982 nh my c i tn thnh XN xi mng Thanh Ba.

Ngy 10/5/1984 theo Quyt nh s 100/Q-TCC ca UBND tnh Ph Th thnh lp X nghip lin hip (XNLH) xi mng - - Vi Vnh Ph trn c s st nhp x nghip n Hang vo x nghip xi mng Thanh Ba vi 520 cn b, cng nhn vin. Trong thi gian ny ngoi cc sn phm truyn thng x nghip cn m rng sn xut v a dng ho cc sn phm nh: xi mng trng, gch lt hoa cung cp cho cc tnh thnh nh H Ni, Hi Phng, TP H Ch Minh. Chnh nh nhng iu m x nghip sn xut n nh v c bc pht trin mi.

Nm 1986-1988 UBND tnh Vnh Ph quyt nh st nhp X nghip Thanh Ba, x nghip Hng Cn, x ngip puzolan vo x nghip lin hp xi mng - - vi Vnh Ph.Sn lng sn phm chnh ca x nghip lin tc tng trng t nm 1982: 7.000 tn xi mng; 35.000 m3 cc loi; np ngn sch 3.720.000 ng n nm 1989: 15.000 tn xi mng; 69.000 m3 cc loi; np ngn sch 14.200.000 ng.

T nm 1989-1993 Nh nc giao quyn ch ng cho cc doanh nghip t hoch ton kinh doanh. Nm 1992 x nghip u t dy chuyn sn xut xi mng cng ngh l ng ca Trung Quc cng sut 6 vn tn xi mng/nm vi tng mc u t 17 t ng. y l day chuyn sn xut xi mng l ng c gii ho v t ng ho thit b ca Trung Quc u tin lp t Vit Nam

Ngy 20/9/1994 UBND tnh Vnh Ph ra Quyt nh s 1287 Q/UB i tn X nghip lin hip vi Vnh Ph thnh Cng ty Xi mng - - Vi Vnh Ph: Cng nm ny Cng ty m rng sn xut, u t xy dng dy chuyn 2 sn xut xi mng l ng cng ngh v thit b Trung Quc cng sut 8 vn tn xi mng/nm nng tng cng sut ca Cng ty ln 14 vn tn xi mng vi tng u t l 50 t ng.

Nm 1997 tnh Vnh Ph chia tch thnh hai tnh Vnh Phc v Ph Th, Cng ty Xi mng - - Vi Vnh Ph c i tn thnh Cng ty xi mng Vi Ph Th. T nm 1994-1998 vi 1300 lao ng mi nm ch sn xut v tiu th c 7-8 vn tn xi mng, y l thi k kh khn nht ca cng ty.

T nm 1999 - 2000 thot khi kh khn Cng ty sp xp li lc lng sn xut, pht huy ht cng sut thit b, ci tin nng cao cht lng.

T nm 2001 n nay Cng ty xy dng p dng v duy tr h thng qun l cht lng theo tiu chun quc t ISO 9001:2000. Cht lng sn phm xi mng ca Cng ty hp chun quc gia, lin tc t nm 1998 n nay sn phm xi mng lun c chng nhn sn phm xi mng Pooclng hn hp PCB 30 ph hp tiu chun TCVN 6260:1997.

Nm 2002 Cng ty lp t thm 1 my nghin bi 2,2 x 7 m; nm 2004 ci to m rng 2 l nung clinker nng cng sut nghin xi mng ln 200.000 tn nm. Sn lng sn xut v tiu th sn phm xi mng ca Cng ty tng t 135.000 tn nm 2002 ln 198.000 tn nm 2005 tng 46%. Song song vi vic nng cng sut sn xut nm 2004 Cng ty u t hng t ng xy dng v lp t h thng x l khi bi v nc thi ra mi trng, m bo mi trng xanh sch p.

Tip tc m rng sn xut i mi cng ngh, nng cao cht lng v a dng ho sn phm m bo mi trng sn xut theo ch trng pht trin ngnh xi mng n nm 2010 ca Chnh ph, nm 2005 Cng ty trin khai xy dng nh my xi mng l quay phng php kh cng sut 350.000 tn xi mng/nm vi tng mc u t khong 350 t VN. 2 Tng quan v sn xut

2.1 M t v cc cng on sn xut

Ti y nguyn liu c nh lng theo t l quy nh ca n phi liu v cp xung bng ti cao su v c a ti ca np liu ca my nghin. Ti my nghin nguyn liu c nghin thnh bt mn, sau c qua my phn ly chia thnh hai loi: loi t mn 8-10% tnh theo lng d trn sng 0,08mm c vt ti v gu ti a v sil cha bt phi liu; loi liu th c a tr li my nghin.Bt phi liu c tho ra t sil c trn u nh h thng vt ti mt trc v hai trc ti khi ng nht v oc cha trong sil ng nht.

Bt liu ng nht sau c vt ti v gu ti chuyn ln kt cha, sau c a ti cn vt nh lng ri chuyn vo my trn m. Ti y bt liu c trn u vi nc ti m 12-14% ri qua ng dn hng xung my v vin thnh cc vin c kch thc 8-12mm. Ra khi my v vin, cc vin liu c bng ti a ti l nung v c ri vo l hnh lng cho nh my ri liu phu quay t trn chp l.L nung c cp gi (khng kh) t qut Rood thi t di ln. Khng kh i qua zone lm ngui (trao i nhit vi clanhke nng lm ngui clanke), zone nung (cp oxy cho qu trnh chy than), zone sy (trao i nhit vi vin phi liu mi vo l lm vin liu nng dn ln) ri thot ra ngoi qua ng khi (kh thi l nung).Cc vin liui t trn xung qua zone sy, zone nung, zone lm ngui ca l. Ti cc zone ny cc qu trnh l - ho xy ra v cc vin liu c nung thnh clanhke.

Ghi quay khi hot ng s nghin clanhke thnh cc c kch thc ( 100mm ri xung bu l xung ng lm kn. Nh thit b tia gamma t ni ng lm kn ca l m c cu tho clanhke chn ng in t t ng tho clanhke xung thit b vn chuyn tip theo.

Clanhke v cc loi ph gia khong v ph gai cng ngh (nu c) c gia cng s b cha trong cc kt cha, c tho ra qua ca van y kt v phu np ca h thng cn nh lng. Ti y clanhke v ph gia c nh lng theo n cng ngh v cp cho my nghin xi mng. My nghin s nghin hn hp thnh bt xi mng. Sn phm ra khi my nghin c a ti my phn ly v c chia thnh hai loi: loi bt mn 6-8% trn sng 0,08mm c vt ti v gu ti chuyn v sil xi mng trung gian, loi th c hi lu tr li my nghin.Xi mng trong sil trung gian s c ng nht bng c kh theo nguyn tc o trn qua s vn chuyn xi mng t y sil ln nh sil nh vt ti v gu ti cho ti khi ng nht v c chuyn sang sil xi mng bt thnh phm.

My ng bao nhn xi mng bt t sil xi mng ng thnh bao xi mng 50 ( 0,5kg v c bng ti chuyn v kho cha bao xi mng thnh phm.

2.5 Hin trng mi trng

Cc dng thi chnh ca Cng ty bao gm:

Dng thi lng (nc thi) nhim tnh kim v c xi mng; cng ty c h thng silo lng thu hi. Nc thi ny c tp trung vo h cha nc trong cng ty quay vng sn xut khng thi ra mi trng.

Dng thi rn gm: x than ca l sy, cc cht thi rn khc nh bn, bi ... c thu gom v nghin trn lun lm ph gia xi mng.

Khi thi ca l nung klanke do t than thi trc tip vo mi trng. Bi thi do cc r r thit b trong qu trnh sn xut.Hin trng mi trng ca Cng ty c Trung tm Quan trc v Bo v mi trng Ph Th ly mu, o c v phn tch vo ngy 2 thng 5 nm 2007. Cc s liu phn tch mi trng c th cho trong bng ph lc.

Kt qu nh gi nh sau:

1. i vi nc thi: cng ty khng c nc thi ra mi trng. Nc thi trong qu trnh sn xut c vo h tun hon (h cha ni b ca cng ty) ti s dng.2. i vi kh thi v kh mi trng xung quanh:

Tiu chun so snh: cc ch tiu phn tch trong kh thi c so snh vi TCVN 5939 , bng 1 ct A. Cc ch tiu phn tch trong kh xung quanh c so snh vi TCVN 5937-2005, TCVN 5939-2005 (trung bnh 1h) v TCVN 5949-1995 (t 6 - 18h).nh gi:

Kh thi trong hai ng khi ca cng ty c hm lng CO vt 10,5 ln tiu chun cho php.

Kh xung quanh:

V tr ti ca trm Y t c hm lng SO2 vt 1,15 ln; kh NH3 vt 1,33 ln tiu chun cho php. V tr ti trc ca phn xng thnh phm c hm lng bi vt 1,33 ln; SO2 vt 1,09 ln; NH3 vt 1,57 ln tiu chun cho php.3 nh gi

Sau khi khi ng chng trnh nh gi SXSH ti cng ty, i SXSH xem xt chi tit dy chuyn cng ngh sn xut ca ton cng ty v i n thng nht chn trng tm nh gi SXSH l dy chuyn sn xut clanker, ng thi c th xem xt p dng SXSH ti mt s cng on sn xut khc: dy chuyn nghin ng bao xi mng sn phm, h thng cung cp nghin sy than v cc cng on tiu hao nhiu nng lng, nc...m cng ty cng ang quan tm.

3.1 S dng chi tit

3.2 Cn bng vt liuDo iu kin dy chuyn sn xut xi mng ca cng ty l dy chuyn hot ng lin tc, dng nhiu loi nguyn liu khc nhau trong cng mt thi gian, cc nguyn vt liu chy trong dy chuyn kn nn vic tnh ton cn bng vt liu theo cng on rt phc tp. Mt khc, cng ty rt quan tm ti mt s cng on gy tiu hao nng lng cao v sinh nhiu bi nn n gin i SXSH ca cng ty lm cn bng vt liu cu t vi cc nguyn liu v ph liu chnh ca dy chuyn sn xut dng xc nh tn tht ti cc v tr c th.

Cch lm cn bng vt liu nh sau:

+ Bi ti cc cng on chnh: hng ngy thu gom lng bi ti v tr sn xut tnh theo mt n v thi gian. Bi cc v tr c lc bi th tnh theo lu lng bn thi ca thit b lc bi.+ Than: theo di lng tiu th hng ngy ti v tr chnh l cng on sy liu. Than nung tnh theo n phi liu (s dng s liu theo di sn xut trong mt khong thi gian di ri tnh trung bnh cho mt n v sn phm).+ Cc loi ph liu: tnh theo n phi liu (s dng s liu theo di sn xut trong mt khong thi gian di ri tnh trung bnh cho mt n v sn phm).Cc s liu CBVL ca qu trnh sn xut ca cng ty c tnh ton da trn c s cc s liu ghi chp trong nht k sn xut v c tm tt trong bng di y

I- H thng cp liu t ng cho my nghin xi mng ti PX thnh phm:

1- Hin trng:

- Clinker sau khi ra khi 2 l nung c bng ti st vn chuyn qua 2 my p hm, p ti kch thc ( 70mm, c gu ti vn chuyn ln h thng 5 xil cha.

- Ph gia cc loi c gia cng qua kp hm ti kch thc < 40 mm qua h thng gu ti ln 2 Bun ke cha.

- y 7 xi l cha c lp t 7 b cp liu rung t, cung cp Clinker, ph gia thch cao, ph gia y, ph gia hot tnh cho 2 my nghin xi mng ( 2,2 x 7m.

2- Nhc im ca h thng:

- 2 my p hm Clinker c cng sut thp ( 10T/h trong kh vic tho Clinker ra l c lc ( 15 T/h nn phi iu chnh rng khe tho liu mi p ht lng Clinker ra l, dn ti kch thc ht Clinker to ti 70mm. Trong khi yu cu c ht ( 25 mm.

- H thng cp liu rung lc hu , iu chnh ca m bng van dng tm, nn rt kh khng ch lng nguyn liu theo t l % yu cu.

- Nng sut cp liu khng n nh, c ht Clinker qu to nh hng ti nng sut my nghin bi , hao mn thit b nghin.

- Nng sut nghin ch t di mc 30 tn /gi

mn xi mng ( 12% trn sng N 0.08

- Tiu tn nhiu thi gian , nng lng ng nht bt xi mng .

- Bi pht sinh nhiu, nh hng ti mi trng lao ng ti khu vc nghin xi mng, tn nhiu cng v sinh cng nghip.

3- Gii php:

- Thay 2 my p hm Clinker hin ti bng 2 my kp hm PE x 150 x 750, ng c 15 kw, nng sut 10 ( 40 T/h

- Thay 7 ca tho liu y xi l Clinker, ph gia bng tho liu dng thanh ghi.

- Thay 7 b cp liu rung t bng h thng iu chnh cht lng cp liu t ng, cn phi liu xi mng TDG 650 ng b (7 cu t) iu tc bin tn).

Bng iu tc iu khin bng my vi tnh gm:

+ 01 my vi tnh + my in.

+ 06 B cn bng iu tc, bin tn cng sut 3 ( 30 T/h

+ 7 b ca tho liu kiu thanh ghi.

II- Xy dng kho cha than:

1. Hin trng:

- Than s dng lm nhin liu nung luyn Clinker xi mng l than cm:

4a Hn Gai AB = 18 ( 22 %

Q = 6.500 Kcal/kg

VBQ = 6,5% WBQ ma kh = 8,5 %

WBQ ma ma = 10,5%

- Than cha ti bi cha ngoi tri, khng c mi che, m than ngy ma to ln ti 17-18%.

- Din tch bi cha : 8.000 tn

2- Nhc im:

- Tn tht nhit nng ca than do mt cht bc.

- Tn tht do ma gi, tri ra, vn chuyn.

- Tn tht nhit xy kh than t m 17% ti m ( 3,5%

(Than khi nhp m bnh qun 10%; W khi ma to ( 17%.

Than sau khi sy a vo SX W ( 3,5%).

- Gim cht lng than.

- nhim mi trng xung quanh.

3. Gii php:

- Xy dng 4 nh kho cha than, khung Tip v ko thp khu 15, mi tn, x g thp, kch thc nh kho ( 15x48m) , mng ct b tng ct thp 200 #, tng bao che xung quanh kho pha di bng gch, pha trn bao che bng tn nn kho dy 150 mm bng b tng mc 150 .

+ Din tch kho: (48x15)m x4 = 2.880 m2

+ Sc cha: 7.000 tn

4. D kin kinh ph:

2.880 m2 x 650.000 = 1.880.000.000,00ng ( 4 nh )

5- Hiu qu sau khi to:- Gim tn tht nhit nng ca than do mt cht bc khong 2%

2% x 38.500 tn/nm = 770 tn/nm

770 tn x 545.000 ng/tn = 419.650.000 ng/nm

- Gim lng tn tht than do ma gi, tri ra, vn chuyn khong 0,2%

6.1 Chnh sch mi trng

Nghim chnh thc hin cc quy nh ca nh nc v Lut bo v mi trng. m bo mi trng sn xut an ton, c y cc iu kin an ton v sinh lao ng cho cng nhn, gim thiu cht thi.6.2 Mc tiu cn t c

6.3 Chng trnh mi trng

Cng ty c cc gii php qun l mi trng nhm gim thiu tc ng ca qu trnh sn xut ti con ngi v mi trng nh c m t di y.I. Cc gii php gim thiu tc ng mi trng1. nhim nhit gim thiu nhit trong mi trng lm vic ca cng nhn, Cng ty u t trang b h thng thng gi cng bc ti cc v tr lao ng c nhit cao, hp l ho qu trnh sn xut trnh cho cng nhn tip xc vi mi trng c nhit cao. Bo n nhit cho cc thit b thch hp.

8 Duy tr sn xut sch hn

8.1 Tip tc gim st

- Lp k hoch sn xut c th cho tng phn xng, giao trch nhim r rng cho ph trch cc b phn t chc sn xut tt nht.

- Thc hin tiu chun ho cc nh mc chi ph sn xut. Lun gim st cht ch cc chi ph sn xut phi nm trong nh mc cho php.

- Lun cp nht cc chi ph phc v sn xut: nguyn liu, ho cht, in, nc. Xc nh cc chi ph bt thng tm ra nguyn nhn gy tn tht v khc phc ngay.
