backing away to the back of kennel. When I opened the door and he seen the leash he walked cautiously towards me and let
me leash him, as we walked outside he would walk on a loose leash right at my side. As I would try to give him a treat and knelt
down beside him he would pin his ears back, backed away from me, tail was tucked, and held a tense closed mouth with whale
eyes. He was timid of surrounding when walking around the property and only leashed walked him he would pause, body was
trembling, tail remained tucked. I was able to place him back into kennel and was able to safely remove his leash very slowly.

BEHAVIOR NOTE: 12/14/21 07:59 As I was walking in from admin parking lot I noticed Pete was pacing back and forth in the
runs, barking, panting, tongue out. Act brought out a dog to the run next to him and he immediately started forwardly barking
and jumping towards him. The other pup has an ecollar on, they were both standing with a square stance staring at each other,
high wagging tail, I walked over towards them because they were about to start fence fighting, as I walked up sure enough Pete
started lunging at the fence towards other pup, barking, showing all teeth, growling. Other pup reciprocated the behavior by
barking back at him. I walked up and yelled "hey" at them to break them up but did it took a minute for Pete to back off . The
other pup stopped immediately and walked to the back of the run to use the restroom. As soon as that happened Pete came up
to me with a high wagging tail, wide open mouth, panting, tongue hanging out. He didn't show that behavior to the other dog on
the other side of his run, I believe it was a female. He did however react by forward barking jumping again when the Act was
removing the ecollar pup again. He may be dog reactive towards male dogs.
