c+ Group has steadily built up its over-the-top (OTT) content on the Internet, with subscription-based VOD offerings and a leading multichannel network on YouTube.

FRENCH-SPEAKING AFRICAc+ OVERSEAS is the leader in pay-TV in French-speaking Africa, with a presence in more than 30 countries in West and Central Africa and Madagascar. The October 2014 launch of the entertainment channel A+ helped boost TV packages sold under c+ brand's bouquets. Meanwhile, the acquisition by c+ OVERSEAS of a majority stake in distribution concern THEMA will speed up implementation of its strategy for growth. By end 2014, c+OVERSEAS had a subscriber base of nearly 1,6 million on the African continent.
FRENCH OVERSEAS TERRITORIESAs the leading French media group overseas, c+ OVERSEAS markets the LES CHAÎNES c+ and CANALSAT bouquets in France’s territories in the Caribbean, the Indian Ocean and the South Pacific.The 2013 purchase of MEDIASERV marked a key step forward in diversifying the activities of c+OVERSEAS, enabling the launch in the Caribbean and Reunion of CANALBOX, an unlimited telephony and Internet bundle. A LEADER IN POLAND AND VIETNAMc+ Group has continued to develop its pay-TV business in Poland and Vietnam, two countries with highly dynamic broadcast markets.
POLANDc+ Group is a major player in pay-TV in Poland through its DTH platform nc +, formed from the merger of CYFRA+, the Group’s original subsidiary in Poland, and the “n” platform from TVN. The nc + bouquet offers viewers over 180 channels, including 50 broadcast in HD.Poland has now become the second most important market for the c+ Group, after France. c+ Group holds a 51% controlling stake in nc +.
VIETNAMc+ Group is present in Vietnam with K+, a bouquet of local and international satellite channels, jointly owned with the Vietnamese national broadcaster VTV. Highlights in the bouquet are the four c+ branded premium content channels: K+1, K+NS, K+PM and K+PC. The K+ offering is backed up by an impressive distribution network, with more than 2,800 points of sale and 13 branded outlets (K+STORE).By end 2014 K+ had a subscriber base of close to 794,000. c+ Group holds a 49% controlling stake in K+.
