Our project is about Bareeze company private limited. It is the trademark of products developed by Ali Embroidery Mills (Pvt.) Ltd, Sarena Industries andDying Mills (Pvt.) Ltd and SEFAM (Pvt.) Ltd. They are an established andindependent group of companies originally founded in 1972 in Lahore, Pakistan.The Bareeze products have become a standard of refinement in clothing anduniquely developed line of fabrics. The idea originally conceived and manufacturedas embroidered fabrics has successfully grown to incorporate various lines of clothing, home furnishings, and other accessories; including, Minnie Minors,Leisure Club, Chinyere (Formal Wear), Home Expressions.They started from a small shop in the basement of shadman plaza Lahore and nowthey have about 42 shops worldwide. 35 in Pakistan and 7 in other countries. Theystarted with women wear embroidered clothing. The main aim of the owner was toproduce quality cloth made purely in Pakistan.According to the CEO of Bareeze (Pvt.) ltd, when they started this company therewas no one else producing quality product made purely in Pakistan. She started it.The company has No competitors but there are many followers. Financial positionof the company is good. There sales are more than there production. This ratio isincreasing rapidly.The company has its own production plant, which produces it cloth. To meet themarket demand they also have some vendors and other people which make it forthem and the company have a quality checking department which makes sure thatthey are making up to the standards. They have talented and experienced designerswho are working day and night. They are putting there full effort. They design a lotits constant innovation in cloth, material, design etc.They do not believe in marketing it is the word of mouth helping them in there sales.They believe that if your producing quality product people will come again andagain and also convince other people to buy it.

Bareez's singular mission, and at time Sefam's was to create beautiful, desirable fabrics equal to the best in the world, yet made in Pakistan. Prior to Bareez's entry into the market, amazingly, the concept of a locally made quality fashion product did not exist. All the best markets only sold and foreign fabric and foreign goods. Opening the first store in shadman market, Lahore in 1985, Bareez sought to change this perception. The first collection sold out in a matter of days and very soon the store had garnered the image of being a store which sells quality imported fabric claiming it to be local.Soon after, another Bareez store was opened and then another and another. Currently, Bareez sells from and operates 57 stores nationwide and another 10 globally. Bareez has the distinction of being the first Pakistani chain store as well as the first Pakistani brand to go abroad (Dubai in 1995). Sefam has since broadened its vision from quality, desirable fabrics to quality desirable clothing for all categories of consumer.
